Very close to the beach, 6 minutes walk, is this magnificent villa
surrounded by greenery and with magnificent views of the sea, Cap D´Òr and the Peñón de Ifach. 12 minutes walk to the small town of Moraira along the promenade, in the urbanization with services such as pharmacy, newspaper kiosk and good bars and restaurants.
It is a quiet and residential place, with beautiful palm garden, private pool, well-kept and homely decoration. It has three floors and three large terraces and two living rooms and two rooms en suite, one of them very spacious, and another individual, ideal for a holiday enjoying the extraordinary climate of Moraira and its crystal clear waters.

We spent fourteen lovely days in this fantastic property. Particularly enjoyed the space outdoor, swimming pool and eating on the balcony. The house has pretty much everything you need. Location is great, few minutes to local restaurants, ten minutes walking to a lovely beach and pleasant walk to Moraira.

This villa is charming. It’s clear it’s been a well loved family home. Yes a few rooms need updating as others have said but everything works well. Lovely outside balconies and comfortable furniture. Outstanding pool area where we spent most of our time and beautiful lit up at night. The area is beautiful and quiet. Easy to get to the beaches a short walk away. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our time at this villa. It was perfect in every way. The villa has everything you could possibly need and more. The pool area is amazing, air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet. Paz is an excellent host and made contact throughout our stay to ensure that we were ok. Situated a ten minute walk along the coast to Moraira. Can recommend Tasca 42 restaurant a 3 minute walk from villa.

Beautiful Villa

The villa was spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped. Moraira is beautiful and the villa was in a great location with lovely restaurants close by and an easy walk into the main town and beach. Paz is a great host, always responsive, very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend the area and villa.

Traditional Spanish villa with beautiful gardens.

A lovely traditional Spanish villa with 3 bathrooms including 2 baths which was excellent. Very spacious master bedroom and en-suite. The enclosed gardens were exceptional with a lovely pool area. The villa is close to numerous good restaurants and easy walking distance to the 2 local beaches. Only 10 minutes into the centre of Moraira. Great value villa.

Pool, Beach , Restaurants, everything…

Fantastic stay, amazing villa, pool and seating areas. First Beach 3 minutes, village 10 min with loads of restaurants, shops, bars etc. could not have been more perfect. Even the international doctor is only 3 minutes away. Communication with host was always excellent! We can only recommend!!!

Very Good

The property smelt a little musty on arrival ( but this was in late March and it had been raining ). The villa itself is looking a little tired and could be done with a spruce up but we had no problems - it is well-equipped and has a very nice outside area that captures the sun. Parking within the grounds of the villa is quite tricky ( the gates are on a corner ) but there is plenty of parking nearby. A quiet area with some great walks nearby and Moraira itself is walkable.

Beautiful traditional villa

The owner, Paz, was extremely attentive and helpful. He didn't pester us, nor did he expect us to stick to strict rules and instructions. The villa was traditional, but very clean and well appointed. The pool area was outstanding, and the location was really advantageous in that there are many really nice restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Firs class!

Very nice

Nice family property with plenty of room and secluded garden. The house would benefit from a bit of investment- eg not enough mugs for tea and coffee and the cushions on some of the outside chairs we’re developing spots of mould. It was too cold to use the pool as it doesn’t have heating. We would have paid a bit more for the heating to be on. Overall very nice though.

Lovely property, great location

We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. The house is an easy enough walk into town, although if you're with small children you'll probably want a buggy ... at least for the homeward leg which is mostly uphill! We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future. Mike

AMAZING villa

This villa gave my family and I everything we wanted and needed. An amazing location, literally 5 minutes to the beach. Quit and safe area. The family who own this villa are wonderful lovely people. The villa itself had everything we needed. Little things like plenty of toilet rolls, washing up liquid, salt, spices, all the things you need on holiday and end up costing a fortune. The views from the Villa are amazing. From the shower you have a breath taking view across the sea. The pool is fantastic. We really couldn’t of asked for anymore. The owners were so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic with a beach just 5 minutes away. A further 10 minutes and you’re in the town of Moraira. We will definitely return to this villa in the future. Honestly couldn’t say enough.

The house overall very nice indeed. The facilities were like a second home and its was very clean. However, we were only there for 5 nights and two of those days we had no running water in the house. We were unable to shower or flush toilets. There was a problem that someone (who) ? had turned off the water to the property from outside the property. I contacted the host via the VRBO app, she tried to sort the problem and eventually did, but there were restrictions and It took a while to sort out. I don't think there was anything else she could do at the time because she was relying on other services. However we have been offered no recompense for this inconvenience and only a verbal apology. Hence the 3 stars.

Wonderful villa in a superb location!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa for 10 nights in September 2023-idea for a family or a couple of couples! The villa is ideally located for local shops and cafes with a 10 mins walk to the main local town of Moraira with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops - while it's a good idea to hire a car to explore the local area you could stay here without one as more or less everything you need is in walking distance. The Villa itself is typically 'Spanish', simple in style, laid out over 3 floors with lots of space for socializing. The top floor is home to the two double bedrooms with the master being large and airy opening onto a balcony that looks out to sea. The balcony is a nice size and a great place to read a book with a cold glass of wine as the sun goes down. The 'middle' floor houses the main living area, small third bedroom, kitchen and opens onto a large balcony area where spent a lot of time in the evening. The lower floor has a bar and a small lounge area which opens out onto a covered outdoor lounge and dining area which is level with the good sized pool. The villa sits on a nice sized plot with covered parking for a car out the back which also houses the covered BBQ. To the front of the house is a large sized garden area with the pool in the middle of it. The villa has air conditioning in the main living areas and bedroom as well as ceiling fans, we found it most comfortable to sleep with the air-cond off and ceiling fan on. Recommended!

Sejour pendant 10 nuits. Emplacement ideal peut tout faire à pied. Communication à distance facile et propriétaire très réactif même si aucun contact sur place. Le confort pourrait être amélioré car beaucoup d'équipement sont anciens.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und Pool

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in diesem Ferienhaus und haben es sehr genossen: im Grünen, ruhig, aber nah an Moraira (zu Fuß 10 Minuten), nette Lokale in der Nähe, allerdings braucht man ein Auto für größere Einkäufe. Viel Platz und diverse Sonnen-und Schattenplätze am Haus. Wir haben nur die Kaffeemaschine vermisst, aber haben eine Drück-Version gekauft und im Haus gelassen! .-)
