Do not recommend. Safety issues, property Not as shown in the pictures, host very rude.
I had several issues with this property. We specifically wanted to book a place with air conditioning and laundry. Two days before our arrival, the host said the air conditioning would automatically shut off in the evening but they can provide fans. I was fine with that. However every time I asked for fans, she replied that we really didn’t need any because the evenings cool down. Then she accused me of breaking into the locked thermostat and changing the settings so the air conditioner did not automatically shut off. She was quite rude about the whole thing.
She also said that a clothesline for drying was available, which again was fine. However in order to access the clothesline, you had to crawl out the bedroom window by stepping on the bed and then onto a platform on the roof. Very very unsafe. The pully systems were broken And it made it quite difficult.
The pictures showed enough seating in the living room for four people. However when we got there, there was only one small futon where only two of us could sit comfortably.
Lastly, the host cannot communicate in either English or Spanish. When I called Vrbo customer service to try to resolve some issues, they also had a very difficult time communicating with the host in Spanish.
