Facing the sea, lovely apartment with all comforts and plenty of light

Nice apartment very comfortable and very bright overlooking a private garden to cross to go to the beach.
It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a large convertible sofa for 1 or 2 seats of your choice, TV, WiFi ... an open kitchen, equipped with a fridge-freezer, a hob, microwave and traditional mini oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, dishes, coffee maker, etc. It has a beautiful bedroom with a 160 cm bed, shower room, separate wc.
Many storage spaces are available.
The living room opens onto a large enclosed terrace with direct sea views. It has garden furniture (table, 4 chairs and parasol and sun loungers).

Best location

Positives: the best location in Saintes-Marie. Steps away from the beach, walking distance to restaurants/bars, shopping, market. The apartment is the right size for 2 adults, is equipped with everything we would need. The bed is comfy. Less positive: the apartment could use a facelift and some robust, thorough cleaning. At check-in we were asked for a €200 cash “guarantee” which would be returned at check-out if all was in order. That requirement should have been in the booking terms/conditions. A sign was hanging with instructions for check-out. It said if one chose the option not to clean the unit, then the usual applies (wash dishes, empty garbage, sweep the unit). Instructions were given for those guests who chose the option to clean themselves. We were not offered 2 such options at booking. However the host advised I must pay an additional fee of €50 if I didn’t want to clean mmyself. Having booked so many vacation rentals in the past, I was never faced with a self-cleaning option. And frankly, I wouldn’t want to rent a place that wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and professionally before I checked-in. The WiFi only works in the bedroom. The hosts could install an inexpensive repeater (approx €15) to provide WiFi throughout the unit. That would especially be nice for non-French-speaking guests, since the TV only receives French-speaking programs. FeWo: I will not ever book through them again. Lage hervorragend. Ausstattung sehr gut. Kühlschrank super. Betten bequem (Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen). Toilette sauber. Warmwasserversorgung ohne Störung. 15 Min. Fußweg entlang der Promenade zur Altstadt. Ladesäulen einfach zu bedienen. Appartement könnte mal durchgeputzt werden. Sehr nette Verrmieter!

Perfekte Lage, nur durch die Fußgängerstrandpromenade vom Strand getrennt (gibt es so direkt ansonsten nicht im Ort). Nettes Appartement, sehr nette Vermieter - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stille mitten im Trubel

Wir waren während der Wallfahrtswoche in Saintes Maries de la Mer. Obwohl die Stadt und die Parkplätze voll waren, war die Wohnung ausgesprochen ruhig und die Nächte wunderbar. Die Lage ist sowieso toll. Direkt an der Promenade, keine 100 Meter zum Meer, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum, ein Katzensprung ins Naturschutzgebiet (Mückenschutz sollte man allerdings dabei haben.) Die kleine Wohnung hat alles, was zwei Personen benötigen. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

vacances ste maries de la mer

vacances reussies ,appartement vue mer agreable et tres bien situé a 5 mn a pied du centre .Les saintes et les environs faciles a visiter en 1 semaine.Attention en octobre les visites en bateau ne sont pas toujours possibles a cause de la meteo ,mais le petit train de la ville peut etre une autre solution sympa!

Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer und nahe zum Ortszentrum. Die Gesamtanlage ist zwar nicht mehr die Neueste, aber die Wohnung hat Charme und ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr gutes Bett, gute Dusche und kleine Spülmaschine.

Een schattig huisje op een geweldige plek. Je loopt zo het strand op. De hond mocht mee. Saintes Maries de la Mer is een levendig stadje. De ontvangst door Orphelia en Maya was heel hartelijk.

pas de place pour les valises ou sac a notre arrivee ,beaucoup trop de tableaux et decorations trop chargees trop trop de choses personelles qui prennent beaucoup de place pour rien je ne parle pas des coussins partout meme au dessus de la tete de lit pour l higiene c est pas top .manque d une armoire il y avait de la place dans la chambre,ou sont stocke les coussins des transats meme pas servi ;cher pour la saison,?????

Super Lage, man schaut von der Terrasse direkt aufs hundert Meter entfernte Meer. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal. Der Ortskern ist in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nette Gastgeber, die auch deutsch sprechen.
