Aegiis maisonnettes - Baritis

A beautiful maisonette that was lovingly designed to accommodate our friends, and completed last summer, is ready to welcome you with all the modern comforts and tranquility of the countryside. The view to the sea from all parts of the house relaxes the eyes and the soul.

On the first floor, Aegiis-Baritis features a bedroom with a double bed, and a balcony overlooking the port of Milos. On the ground floor there is a kitchen
and semi-outdoor with arch and courtyard overlooking Adamas Bay.

The space

It is a new house with unlimited sea views. It is very close to the villages on the island and its location is ideal for near and far escapes.

Dream Time in Milos

There are no words to explain how wonderful the stay at this house was. The owner is wonderful, so much taking care and always helping with questions, but this is not all, we received home made kitchen surprises and always a heart smile - amazing, the best place to stay in Milos! Wonderful vacation experience

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights while celebrating our anniversary and it was exceptional for what we wanted. A quiet location with great outdoor living space and nice views down to the sea. The property is exactly as described/pictured, immaculately clean, and communication with the property owner was great throughout. Thank you Yiota! The personal touches such as homemade treats, wine and flowers was a nice surprise. The stairs leading to the bedroom could be difficult for some people to navigate but overall the property is a good use of space and has everything you need. I highly recommend it!!

wonderful host, beautiful place

The property is beautiful and immaculately clean. It looks exactly as it appears in the pictures, and actually even better in real life! The hosts are incredibly kind, beyond what a family member would do. Unfortunately our unit a/c stopped working the day we arrived. The hosts went above and beyond helping us in any possible way, replying to late night requests, and even getting us a different, equally nice place to stay, covering all costs. even if our stay at the specific property was cut short due to the a/c issue, we fully experienced the beauty of their place and the immense kindness of the hosts (including daily baked treats!!!). If we are to return to Milos, we will surely stay here again!

You are wonderful guests. So kind, discreet and friendly. You respected our space and kept it absolutely tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the serious failure of the central air conditioning unit did not allow us to get to know each other better. The least we could do was to move you to another accommodation so that you can enjoy your holiday. And from the communication we had I understood that the goal was achieved. We arrived by way of seajet from Santorini and my wife and I celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary were welcomed with a warm smile by our host. We had an excellent stay at our property. It was a perfect house for two. The shower and bathroom felt luxurious. All the necessary amenities in the kitchen to eat in and prepare a meal if you’re worn out from the restaurant scene. The guide book and insider knowledge on which beach to hit and when we’re very helpful in planning our days. The view of the sunset was out of this world from the balcony. The location was perfect- 10 mins from any location. Our host made us feel right at home. We were out for the day and we would come home to a home made baked treat. After the sun went down and things cooled off, we would sit out front and play cards and sure enough, our host brought over a chilled local beverage “Tear from the Tree” as a night cap On our arrival, we got the guided tour of the house and there was fresh fruit, two bottles of water and other provisions. We loved the spiral stair case as well. Would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back.
