About this property

Charming 2 Room 75 m2 with Splendid sea view and Huge RDJ. Beach 300 m.

Backing onto the hill, overlooking the sea at an altitude of 50 m, this ground floor of villa with 2 large rooms, independent and pretty, equidistant between Saint Tropez and Estérel (25 kms) can accommodate up to to 4 people on approximately 75 m2.
We have just renovated it completely to make it as pleasant as possible. It is located on the ground floor of our villa, in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes by car from the center of San-Peire, its shops and its Provencal Monday morning market.
It has a large sunny terrace in the morning where you can take your meals or rest, facing the sea.

Access on foot (5 to 10 minutes) to the sandy beach of Girelliers and to the rocks of the Parc des Issambres.
You can walk by the sea on the coastal path, in the creeks and on the sandy beaches or access the many activities of the beaches and the marina, tennis overlooking the rocks, or the Golf of Sainte Maxime.
Sea shuttles allow, in 25 minutes, to go shopping in Saint Tropez or to visit the magnificent Lerins or Porquerolles islands, while avoiding the difficulties of road traffic.

Die Wohnung liegt idyllisch am Hang und bietet einen bezaubernden Blick auf das Meer. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Pool ist jederzeit zugänglich und sorgt an warmen Tagen für eine herrliche Abkühlung. Die Einrichtung im maritimen Stil ist sehr geschmackvoll und lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein.Ein besonderes Highlight waren die Gastgeber: Sie verwöhnten uns täglich mit frisch gebackenen Croissants und handgemachten Schnecken – einfach köstlich! Vielen Dank für das Gastgeschenk In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Strände, von Sand- über Kies- bis hin zu Felsküsten. Außerdem erreicht man Saint-Maxime in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wir haben uns bei Murièle und Alain sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir bekamen jeden Morgen frisches pain au raisin, Croissants oder Brioches… sehr, sehr lecker und vielen Dank dafür an Alain!! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ruhige Urlaubsidylle und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zugleich

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit unseren 5- und 7-jährigen Kindern in der schönen Unterkunft. Zu Fuß konnte man zum Strand spazieren, wo man sämtliche Geschäfte vorfindet (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke, usw.). Wenn es einem am Nachmittag doch zu voll oder zu heiß wurde, schaffte der Pool Abhilfe, der einem quasi alleine zur Verfügung stand. Saint Tropez, Nice, Port Grimaud und weitere Ausflugsziele können gut mit Boot oder ggf. Auto erreicht werden. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend schön. Besonders hervorzuheben war der besondere Service am Morgen: es gab frisch gebackenes, leckeres Gebäck per "Aufzug"! (vielen Dank nochmals dafür!). Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und diskret. Unsere Kinder vermissen jetzt schon den braven Haushund! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passée un séjour très agréable en famille aux Issambres. Nous remercions Muriel et Alain pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilités, leur conseils pour les sorties et lieux à voir. L'hébergement correspond totalement à l'annonce. Nous avons profité de la vue exceptionnel et de sa terrasse ainsi que de la piscine à l'eau salée. La plage est accessible à pied. L'hébergement est très confortable, propre et soigné. Nous conseillons à tous de venir dans cette hébergement.

Großartige Lage über dem Meer

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer haben große Glasfronten, die einen uneingeschränkten Meerblick erlauben. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und man findet unter dem wunderschönen Olivenbaum immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Vermieter Muriele und Alain sind super gastfreundlich und waren trotz Sprachbarrieren sehr bemüht, sich mit uns zu verständigen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!

Große, saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick, so dass man eigentlich gar nicht weg möchte. Ein schöner Pool, der liebevoll angelegte Garten und die perfekten, fürsorglichen Gastgeber Murièle und Alain machten den Aufenthalt perfekt! Smukt sted

Dejligste lejlighed med nyt køkken, bad og toilet. Smukkeste udsigt og dejlige udenomsomgivelser. Desværre lugtede det nogle gange af fugt i lejligheden, selv om der var lagt lavendelposer i diverse skabe. Meget elskværdigt værtspar, der serverede varmt brød hver morgen.
