MASKORTXO is a recently renovated apartment with spectacular views of La Concha Bay. It is ideally located right in the middle of the bay, in the heart of Donostia-San Sebastián, and all bedrooms as well as the living room have sea views. It has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, being able to accommodate a total of 5 guests. The bed distribution is as follows:



Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 150 cms wide

Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 135 cms wide

Living room: sofa bed of 150cm wide



Includes free Internet connection via WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix account and all kitchen equipment, as well as sheets and towels. Additionally, there is the possibility of booking a private parking space for 25€/day.

San Sebastián apartment

Accommodation clean and safe, sofa needs replacing, Wi-Fi code different to paperwork in the apartment phones manager to get new one. Apartment comes with underground parking and very tight to get in. Apartment half way up the hill overlooking the bay and town lovely views

Wonderful location no doubt and I would stay again. Slight downside is you are close to the road so you do hear traffic during rush hour, but not too bad. Rental service agent is strictly online, so there is no physical location you can go to or anyone to pick up a phone in case of emergency...host company seems to be fairly anti-communication. However, with that said, they are responsive online and via email. In the past, I've worked with Feel Free Rentals, and I've found their service model a little more client friendly.Overall, great spot, and mainly due to the location and view.

Lovely position

Good location for visiting San Sebastián, although a fair walk into the old town.Well equipped, clean and great views. No on-site parking so you have to use parking machines outside daily. Convenient to have a washing machine, however no tumble dryer or airer.

Good Location

Overall a good property for the price. Comms good, location perfect, beautiful view and twenty minute stroll to old town. Only criticisms are poor quality towels and no welcome pack. A few basics on arrival would have been much appreciated. Otherwise good and would recommend.

Perfect location with city noise

Perfect location! Apartment needs better kitchen equipment. Linnen was not up to standard and threadbare with holes. Expected more as it was an expensive stay.

Disappointing

On the positive side, the apartment is well located with a gorgeous view. Access is easy with a lift and wide staircase. Check in and checkout was easy. However, the apartment had an overpowering damp, musty smell. Furniture and appliances were shabbier than they appeared in the pictures. One of our group had a nap and woke up with a spider bite on their arm. We looked up and realised there were cobwebs above the bed. That person decided to check into a hotel and did not stay at the apartment again. Overall we would not stay here again.

Worst VRBO Experience - EVER

While the location was excellent, the property was substandard both with amenities and the attentiveness of the host. It was almost as if we were inconveniencing him with questions/concerns. The keys didn't work half the time, the bedding and linen was terrible, and the condo was not sufficiently stocked with even the basics. Dish soap was non existent, towels were scarce and of the lowest quality possible. There was also a persistent musty odor in the lobby and the unit. I have stayed in many VRBOs, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER be back.

Amazing views

We traveled with my parents and the property was perfect for us with one en suite bedroom and another with 2 beds. The property was modern and clean with views of La concha from all rooms. Key pickup is a bit away from the property but worked pretty well for us we had a car. The property is just under a mile from old town. It worked for us as we’re all fit and like to walk but this could be a consideration for others. We loved the views from this property and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful vacation in this fantastic apartment. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, and in a perfect location with a gorgeous view of the bay! Stunning Stay in San Sebastián

Precioso apartamento en un sitio maravilloso.

El apartamento es autentico, en uno de los mejores sitios de Donostia. Las camas geniales y amplias, la limpieza perfecta. Las vistas a La Concha espectaculares. Importante el aislamiento de las ventanas que es muy bueno, puesto que pasa mucha moto pero las ventanas cumplen su función. El servicio de BasqueStay deja mucho que desear, llamamos 4 veces al teléfono indicado y ni coger ni responder. Menos mal que no cogió fuego la casa.

Muchas gracias por su valoración. No obstante, quisiéramos puntualizar que todos los huéspedes disponen de 2 números de teléfono. Uno es el fijo de la oficina, que tiene horario de oficina y los fines de semana no está operativo. El otro es un teléfono móvil que está operativo las 24 horas del día. El número del teléfono móvil figura en varios documentos que reciben todos los huéspedes. Además, existe la dirección de correo electrónico general que también es atendida todos los días.
