The property was very clean, the house is spacious, some shade is provided by the pool, bikes were provided to ride into town and that enhanced the trip. Very close to beach. The area is very safe and beautiful. Good restaurants nearby. Perfect for our girls trip!

Wonderful stay with our family. The beach was beautiful and the pool was a nice place to come back to in the evenings to relax. Perfect vacation we will definitely visit again.

Great Place With Plenty of Space

Great home that fit our family very well. There are no major complaints at all. We found it clean, plenty of room to spread out, and the pool was wonderful. The beach access is just down the road and to the right; a short walk. We did find the internet to be not great especially at night. If you have bandwidth hogging kids like us you will notice a lot of buffering and complaints. Overall though, we will be back.

The property was as described. Overall, we loved the property and we really enjoyed our stay. The property management company was always responsive. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was fixed the next morning. The only downside was that the tile floors felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages (as evident by my dirty socks and bare feet). Clean floors leave a lasting impression.

Best place for girls trip!

From the second we booked the property online to departing to go home it was the best time!!! My girl friends and I had a much needed girl weekend close to the beach and in this adorable home. Can’t wait to come back soon!

One of the best places we have stayed at!!

We loved the location of the house. Secluded area but accessible to all areas of 30A and the walk to the beach was so close! Loved how quiet the beach area was as well. The house was plenty for all parties and the convenience of a pool was awesome. Nice to have when we were all done with the beach. Will def rent again!

Wonderful stay! We went for 5 days, 4 nights. The house was wonderful and clean. The backyard was perfect! Loved that we could walk to the beach so easily. We had 4 adults and 3 children (under 3).

The house is beautiful and the location was very convenient however… these are somethings that need to be addressed: when we open the sofa bed we were discussed with the stain on the mattress and the amount of debris under the sofa and in between the cushion. The dishwashing machine doesn’t work, the hot water in the tub at the master bedroom.

Beach house

Wonderful location! We stayed during peak season and the private beach was not crowded. The house had plenty of room for our family of seven- 4 adults and 3 children ages 13,10 & 7. Short walk to beach access but missed it first time- sign hidden behind shrubs. We loved this house and location. We would stay here again. *Just one negative - the required pool alarm is annoying but can be silenced after opening the door.

overall the house was nice. we did have a few issues with the check in and there were some dirty areas that did not get cleaned like the master room sheets and swimming pool.

Perfect rental

Could not have asked for a nicer place to take the family. We had 1 very minor maintenence issue and they showed up in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely choose this place again! Very clean, with a well stocked kitchen as far as cookware and utensils. Location was great. Overall a 10 on my scale!

Summer 2019

House itself was nice on the inside & the pool was great. Location to the beach was a short walk and we loved being on the calmer end of 30A. I feel a little outside TLC could be used to truly make this property have that cozy homey feel. We spent a lot of time in the backyard when we came in from the beach and in the evenings and it would have been nice if the yard and flower beds could have been kept to provide a nice view while we relaxed poolside.

Good vacation

When we arrived the AC was struggling. They answered my call right away and had someone there quickly. All was fixed. Plenty of room for everyone and the house is nice and location is good. We loved everything. Only complaint was the pool - a bucket of cigarette butts was floating in the pool (assuming wind blew in) and the pool had not really been cleaned.

Great,small annoyances.

Great house! Some rotting needs to be repaired. Had to buy trash bags (2 given for 5 night stay), coffee filters, sugar, salt & pepper. Stars to beach hard maneuver with large coolers, wagon & baby. Never saw handicap accessible ramp. Would consider staying there again.

Bachelorette party blast

We loved this property for my bachelorette party. Private pool, steps to the beach, plenty of space, and nice, clean rooms. What more could you ask for! We did not love that the backyard/pool was only accessible from the house by going through the bathroom door which has a door alarm that sounds each time it is opened unless a button is pushed (easy to forget, however, when lots of people are in and out). But this was no big deal in the grand scheme and we loved the home. Thank you!

Gem of a house within short walk to beach

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation house, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with other beautiful homes. It had a beautiful, open design with plenty of room for our group of 6. The beach was about a 5 minute walk. After an afternoon there, it was refreshing to walk back and jump into our own private pool to cool off. The fabulous kitchen was well stocked for cooking and very clean, as well as the bathrooms. We liked the location of this house, just to the west of Alys Beach. The service from the property management was excellent, as the only thing we needed was a new propane tank for the grill which was delivered quickly. If we could only give one suggestion, it would be to give the entry to the house under the porch roof a good spray or wipe down, since it is the first thing you see at the property when arriving. All in all, a wonderful place to vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Won't be back

The property was ok. The pool had algae growing in it and the deck furniture was covered in mold. There was no net available to clean the pool. The filter on the heat and A/C unit was absolutely filthy and we had to replace the filter. The front of the house (entryway) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. The inside of the house was very clean.

Walking on Sunshine

Overall we enjoyed our stay but it would have been nice to have a cooktop that worked and the pool was clean on our arrival. We had to call and have someone come out. There were no other issues with our stay although I think that for the money the property was not worth the price so I would not likely stay at this house in the future.

Cookie crumb bugs

For the most part we enjoyed the stay. There for a Bachelorette trip. We're all 30+ in age so we wanted relaxing and thats exactly what we got, until we found bugs. I contacted the property manager and was told they would send someone ASAP. We happened to be on the beach when they came to inspect and was told what we seen was "cookie crumbs", even though there was a dead one on a piece of paper we left. They refused to come back out while one of us was there at the house. The pool filter was also clogged. Location was great though.
