- equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge with production of ice cubes, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher ...) open to the living room with reading room and wood stove,

- a 2nd shower room with wc,
- a separate toilet,
- bar with water stone, drinks fridge, pinball machine,
- relaxation area with jacuzzi, walk-in shower, garden furniture, bar ...
on the 1st floor:

The children have a huge playground around the farm with the many hiding places offered by the site,
they will take pleasure in giving hard bread to Créolo, our horse, who is frolicking in a park next to the chalet.
You will probably see deer running in the meadows as they pass very frequently down from the forest.
The farm is at the top of a dead end, so there is no traffic or road nearby.

It is also several hundred meters from a large communal fish pond, shaded, with picnic tables, sandy beach and games for children to spend an afternoon by the water,
