Located on the second floor of a newly built residence just 150m. from the fully equipped beach Casa al mare is the ideal place for your summer holidays!
With a view of the central park of the town and all the necessary stores just 2mins away by foot the apartment is suitable for families with or without mean of transport!
Finally the house has 3 spacious bedrooms capable of sleeping 6 people ,toilet with a large bathtub and a kitchen were you can find everything you need to prepare a homade meal, the sofa in the living room can transform into a double bed were can sleep two extra people !
