The house is fully solar-powered, set on an idyllic 2000 m2 lot, and is steps away from a beautiful, quiet, sandy beach. The house comfortably sleeps 4 + in the 2-bedroom layout, plus large living room (with additional pull-out sofa bed), kitchen area, and bath. Amenities include access to the eco-garden and olive and orchard grove, nearby beach with cafe. The property is situated minutes away from the beautiful, bustling town of Nea Moudania, the ancient town of Olinthos, and pre-historic cave sites of Petralona.

Great place, great owners

A very clean and functional villa 5 min. on foot from the sea. Magnificent nearby beach, with beds/parasols free when ordering a coffee; with a nice beach restaurant and activities like canoes and water bicycles. On top of that, Steve and Etta are the best hosts I can imagine. We practically felt like being with close relatives, went together to explore the region and our daughter had great time with their granddaughter. Our stay was representative of the total Chalkidiki experience we had: great quality, great service, truly friendly people and a relaxing vacation. All in all, one of my best vacations!

Schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Vermieter

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad, großer Wohnküche und Terrasse. Alles vorhanden, was für einen urlaub benötigt wird. Schöner Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Bis zum (sehr langen) Strand sind es rund 5 Minuten zu Fuß, nächster Supermarkt keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, gute Gaststätten in Neo Potidea 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ideal für Urlaub mit Kind. Sehr nette Vermieter (wohnen im Obergeschoss), Verständigung auf Englisch problemlos. Gute Anfahrtsbeschreibung vom Vermieter (die „aktuellen“ Google Maps-Aufnahmen und SteetView-Bilder sind – Stand 10/2017- veraltet) und deshalb problemlos zu finden. Wir möchten uns auch auf diesem Weg bei unseren Vermieter bedanken. Wir hatten während unseres Urlaubs eine Unfall und unsere Vermieter halfen uns bei der Verständigung mit der Polizei, was die Abwicklung wesentlich beschleunigte (in unserem Mietauto hatten Unterlagen von der Mietwagenfirma gefehlt). Ohne die Hilfe unserer Vermieter hätte das alles sicherlich wesentlich länger gedauert. Thomas Beate Alexa

Die Unterkunft ist super! Großzügig, schön eingerichtet und top Ausstattung!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Steve und Henrietta sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist top, alles da, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zum Mini-Supermarkt. Einziges Manko, man hört die Straße.

Great place to stay.

The villa is very clean. Not far from the beach. Great hospitality. Gave us a true feeling of Greece with all different kind of fruit bearing trees. The owners are very nice. Would love come back and stay longer next time.
