Two separate staircases lead up to the first floor where you will find a family bathroom and a further four bedrooms: a double and a bunk bedroom, with a king-size room and a combination bunk/double bedroom sharing an en-suite shower room. Further stairs lead up to a landing area with a double bedroom in the eaves of the house, plus a shower room. There’s also a handy utility outhouse with a wet room, laundry equipment and space to store wetsuits. Outside, there’s a front garden with a generous lawn, and a lovely sheltered rear garden with a patio area, outdoor furniture and BBQ, offering a lovely spot for dining in the open on a sunny day.
The stunning beaches at Croyde, Putsborough, Saunton and Woolacombe are all within 2 miles, making this a fabulous base for surfers, beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Other attractions in this wonderful part of Devon include the fantastic Broomhill Estate, the bustling Ilfracombe Harbour and the popular Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, all within 15 miles.
