Bright two-room attic apartment is located on the first floor in a newly built building.
It is designed on 2 levels, is characterized by a double-height open-space living-room, with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom and 2 habitable terraces. On the upper floor, which is accessed via a small staircase from the living-room area, there is a small hallway that gives access to the other bedroom which faces the hall and is characterized by a fir-wood ceiling with beams at sight.
