On the second floor, a spacious and bright living area with dining and work zones connects to the fourth bedroom, also with two single beds, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The high wooden-beamed ceilings and two balconies provide abundant natural light. From the living room, you access a two-level terrace furnished to enjoy Seville’s climate, including a solarium on the upper level.

The house is located in the lively Plaza Puerta Real, part of the old walled city and the gateway to Seville’s historic center. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
