Luxury Villa Stairway to heaven is located on the island of Korcula in the village of Prigradica. This picturesque island is not only famous for its beauty but also for its cultural heritage and history. Villa Stairway to heaven is only 40 m away from the beach where you can enjoy the private area with sundeck and lounge chairs. Town Blato is 4 km away, Vela Luka is 12 km, and the world-famous city of Marco Polo, the town of Korčula is 30km away. The island of Korčula is not famous as an island of natural beauty, rich marine life, beautiful beaches but also for little islands including Proizd, Ošjak, Badija, etc. Villa Stairway to heaven has 290 square meters and is located in an area of 850 square meters.
This beautifully designed stone house with a magnificent exterior is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The main feature of this property is 24 square meters swimming pool with a sundeck, lounge chairs, and sun umbrella. On the west side, there is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue where you can enjoy waiting for the sunset while tasting dalmatian delicacies. On the first floor of the Villa, you will find a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area, a guest toilet, a bedroom with twin beds, and a separate bathroom with a shower. On the second floor of Villa, there is the master bedroom with a bathroom and its own terrace with outdoor seating where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and nearby islands. There are 2 more bedrooms and one shared bathroom equipped with a washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped tavern/wine cellar where you can relax with your friends enjoying the local delicacies like prosciutto, cheese, and famous wines of Korčula. All Villa is fully air-conditioned and has a private plateau to the sea.
