We are a British run service, Beau Sejour 4 Seasons encompasses a newly built apartment situated in Trou aux Biches, Mauritius. The apartment is capable of holding up to four people and has a modern décor master en suite bedroom with both a rotary fan system and air conditioning. The twin bedrooms also offer spacious accommodation again with both rotary fan and air conditioning for your comfort. The apartment contains a family bathroom with spacious bathing and shower facilities, bathing and beach towels are also provided upon request. Our apartments includes a maid service and a transfer service is available, which will incur a separate costing. The kitchen and dining area are fully furnished with all modern appliances and utensils. The living area is furnished to a high standard, which offers comfort and convenience including a television and a portable stereo system. All rooms have wi-fi connections.
We have a new pool and baby pool opened in our new gardens, which are full of tropical flowers and fruit trees. The surroundings offer a wonderful opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy the glorious sun Mauritius has to offer.

Emplacement au calme Ă  2 min Ă  pied de la plage

Idéalement situé : à 2 min à pied de la plage de Trou aux biches et du grand supermarché Popo et de restaurants. Espace extérieur avec jardin et piscine. TrÚs calme. Chambres spacieuses et salle de bain tout à fait correcte. Je recommande vivement !

Fantastic holiday - Lovely apartment - recommended

Contacted the owner before we booked, Raj was extremely helpful, he arranged a taxi from the airport (very competitive) along with a hire car which was also cheaper than any other options we could find - and a nice car as well all very smooth. The apartment is massive, huge bedrooms one double and the other with two single beds - beds comfortable and air con, lovely at night corner bath and great shower lots of hot water etc a separate toilet as well as one in the bathroom. kitchen well equipped everything worked as it should etc there is secure parking for the cars, the beach is a couple of minutes walk. If your heading for this area, this is a great hassle free place to stay - if we go back again we will stay here Enjoy Simon & Denise

Great Value, Great Location!

My friend and I stayed in one of the 1st floor apartments, it had a double bedroom with a toilet ensuite and a twin bedroom. The shared bathroom had a corner bath and shower over the bath. The kitchen area was well equipped for self-catering including electric oven, gas hob and microwave. There was a TV with DVD player but we didn’t use much. The Wi-Fi worked well for our laptops but I did have some connection issues with my iPhone and iPad. In general the dĂ©cor and appliances were a little aged, but there was everything we needed. There is a pool in the garden but we didn’t really use it as the sea is so much nicer! We also made use of the washing machine and washing line, handy if you’re staying a bit longer! When we arrived we were greeted by Baba and his wife Nirmala who look after the apartments. Baba lived downstairs taking care if security. He locked up the communal areas at night (the front gate and porch) and opened up in the morning. We felt very safe and felt that our belongings were secure in our absence. Nirmala visits a couple of times a week to clean. They are both friendly and trustworthy. We met Raj the owner and his wife on our last night and they were also lovely and welcoming. We chose to have a maid service twice per week, we could have chosen more frequent, but we felt this was unnecessary. The only very small downside was the standard of cleaning was not what I’m used to and I did buy some spray so I could clean the kitchen and bathroom a bit myself. The location is fantastic, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We liked Souvenir, CafĂ© International and 1974. There are good bus links, it costs about 50p per journey and is quite an experience! We used the bus to visit the Botanical Gardens, Sugar Factory, Port Louis, Grande Bay and Cap Malheureux. The small supermarket ‘Chez Popo’ is just down the road too, a few minutes walk, we went there every day to get fresh bread for lunch, croissants and the things we needed for dinner. There is a much larger supermarket in Grande Bay called Super U. We arranged airport transfers via Raj and were really pleased with the driver he uses. We ended up going for an all day tour of the South with him which we hugely recommend. In summary, this place is very good value, and a great base for enjoying a holiday in Mauritius.

Location bien située pour un séjour agréable

Mon mari et moi n'avons pas regrettĂ© d'avoir choisi cette location rĂ©cente et bien entretenue. Le logement que nous occupions fait partie d'une grande maison appartenant Ă  Raj et Ă  Janeeta habitant Londres et qui Ă©taient prĂ©sents lors de notre sĂ©jour. Leur gĂ©nĂ©rositĂ© et leur amabilitĂ© nous ont Ă©mu. Les gardiens, Baba et Nirmala, discrets et trĂšs gentils, mettent tout en Ɠuvre pour que les locataires puissent passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. La belle plage publique de Trou aux Bichets et la supĂ©rette "Chez Popo" (bien achalandĂ©e) sont proches de la location. A proximitĂ©, se trouvent plusieurs restaurants accueillants. Tout est rĂ©uni pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux que nous avons eu. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous espĂ©rons pouvoir y revenir dĂšs que possible.

vacances en toute tranquilité

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans cette location oĂč nous sommes accueillit trĂšs chaleureusement par le gardien baba et sa femme mirnialla , tous les deux sont trĂšs attentionnĂ© et chaleureux ce qui fort agrĂ©able et un point positif. Les logements sont bien Ă©quiper, il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire pour passer un bon sĂ©jour. La nouvelle piscine (en bas) qui est dans le jardin est trĂšs bien entretenu et idĂ©al pour une famille. Il y a un bon barbecue, des arbres fruitiers et des herbes Ă  partager. vacances idĂ©al dans cette location en famille car elle est proche de l'Ă©picier ( chez popo) et proche de la plage, elle est situĂ© dans une rue Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'hĂŽtel le palmiste. un gros merci Ă  baba et Ă  mirnialla famille charvet

Magnifique séjour au paradis

TrÚs beau séjour inoubliable, ma maman et moi avons été chouchouté et nous avons passé des vacances chaleureuses et reposantes dans un cadre magnifique et juste à quelques mÚtres d une des plus belle plage de l ile Maurice. Baba le concierge et son épouse ont été adorables et cette résidence est trÚs sécurisée, je la recommande à toutes les personnes qui passent par Trou aux Biches. Vivement mes prochaines vacances car je reviendrais à Beauséjour 4 saisons

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ablement surpris par Beau sĂ©jour 4 saisons. L'appartement est propre, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, spacieux et surtout bien situĂ©. Il est Ă  deux pas de la plage, proche du supermarchĂ© et des restaurants et se situe dans une rue trĂšs calme. Mon garçon a adorĂ© la nouvelle piscine. Le WiFi fonctionne bien et tous les Ă©quipements de l'appartement sont en trĂšs bon Ă©tat. Baba et Nirmala (les responsables) sont vraiment adorables. Ils sont toujours aux petits soins et ils nous ont mĂȘme prĂ©parĂ© Ă  manger lors de notre arrivĂ©e car nous sommes arrivĂ©s tard. Bref, nous avons passĂ© des vacances inoubliables et nous recommandons cet appartement Ă  tous ceux qui cherchent des vacances reposantes dans cadre convivial.

idéal pour vacances reposantes à Trou aux Biches

L’immeuble Beau SĂ©jour 4 Saisons de Trou aux Biche est vaste, rĂ©cent et de style NĂ©o-Coloniale. Il dispose de grands balcons ombragĂ©s ainsi que d’une terrasse sur son toit, oĂč se trouve une piscine. Cette terrasse offre un point de vue magnifique de 360 ° sur la rĂ©gion (ChaĂźnes de montagnes volcaniques et cĂŽte maritime). Les appartements sont grands, trĂšs confortables avec une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e et sont trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©s (cuisine, sanitaires etc). Celui que nous occupions du 22 octobre au 12 novembre 2012 comportait deux grandes chambres, une salle de bain et des toilettes sĂ©parĂ©es, ainsi qu’une salle Ă  manger/cuisine. Cette derniĂšre est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur+congĂ©lateur, de plaques de cuisson, d'un four, d'une cafetiĂšre, d'une batterie de cuisine et d'un service de table complet (vaisselle et couverts). Un lave linge est disponible. L’ensemble (chambres, literie, sanitaires etc) est de qualitĂ©, propre et bien entretenu. La tĂ©lĂ©vision est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un dĂ©codeur numĂ©rique qui permet de capter parfaitement les chaines locales et des chaines internationales anglophones et francophones. Le WIFI est disponible et fonctionne trĂšs bien. Beau SĂ©jour 4 Saisons occupe une position idĂ©ale dans la station de Trou aux Biches, car il est situĂ© dans un quartier calme, qui est placĂ© en retrait de la rue principale (100 mĂštres environ) qui longe la cĂŽte, mais la plage, le petit supermarchĂ© local, les arrĂȘts d’autobus pour Grand-Baie, Montchoisy, Pamplemousse, Triolet, Port Louis, ainsi que les restaurants typiques (de qualitĂ© mais trĂšs abordables) sont accessibles Ă  pied en moins de 5 minutes. L’immeuble est sĂ©curisĂ© (surveillance vidĂ©o, fenĂȘtres et portes protĂ©gĂ©s) et un concierge assure l’entretien et le gardiennage 24H sur 24. Une femme de mĂ©nage nettoie rĂ©guliĂšrement les appartements. Le concierge et son Ă©pouse sont d’une extrĂȘme gentillesse, plein d’intentions Ă  votre Ă©gard, mais discrets, et font l’impossible pour vous assurer le meilleur des sĂ©jours. C’était notre second sĂ©jour dans cette rĂ©sidence et nous comptons y retourner. Nous la recommandons pour passer des vacances trĂšs reposantes et anti-stress Ă  Trou aux Biches, qui offre une des plus belles plages de sable fin de l’Ile Maurice et qui est proche de la station trĂšs animĂ©e de Grand Baie.

A lovely holiday

We stayed here for 2 weeks in Jan 2010, and have nothing bad to say about the place. The location and facilities were exactly as described and the appartment was very clean. The people that run Beau Sejour are extremely nice and warm, they made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped out of the minibus they had arranged for us. The pool area was nice and we spent many many nights there on the roof gazing at stars and enjoying local white wine. We would definitely recommend Beau Sejour to anybody, who wants a relaxed atmosphere and a perfect location in Mauritius. There was a 24/7 guard in the premises and housekeeping was available pretty much every day if required. There was a possibility to use a washing machine at the roof top when needed and we found it very useful. All in all we had a very good stay and plan to come back some day!
