Beautiful little cottage. Cozy, intimate and open all at once. Waking to the sun coming over the water every morning was restorative. Idyllic walks on the beach. A real treasure. Easy parking. Easy check in. Hope to be back soon.

We had a great stay at Dawn’s place visiting from Detroit! Our first time in Cape Cod and the beach and views were gorgeous. The place is small, but very clean and efficient! We did not realize you needed to bring your own linens, but Dawn was very accommodating and happened to be in the area. The shower was tight and the door kept swinging open, but we made it work just fine. I think it just needs a new magnet. Lovely stay!

Perfect getaway for solo travelers or couples. The place was exactly as described. We had front row seats to some of the most incredible sunrises and you can walk for miles down the beach. Low tide provided fun adventures wading through shallow waters. Close in proximity to everything you’d need to make your stay comfortable and parking for one vehicle was secure and safe. The best part was the sound of the waves each night. It felt like we were sleeping on the beach but with the comforts of home. Highly recommend this place if your looking for something a little more simple but still on the beach.

Everything about our mother/daughter Spring Break getaway was perfect ! The host ,Dawn, was great with communication and being right on the beach was so good for the soul !

Cozy space and amazing location. Easy drive to all our destinations on the cape. Amazing beach for shell collectors, bird watchers or just to watch the waves. Beautiful to walk at sunrise!

It's a great location for a mini-retreat. Right on the water with all the sights and sounds that entails. Easy to get to and access and matches the pictures closely.

Host was so friendly and so accommodating. House was clean and the view was beautiful. My family enjoyed our stay so much we reached out to our host and she was able to help us stay for one more night. Would highly recommend. This was a perfect beach front getaway.

Perfect Location

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in October at this cozy little cottage. It is a great location directly on the ocean and beach. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and for exploring the Cape!
