Ground floor: a welcoming sea-view living area with large windows, a premium sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bright dining area. It features a master double bedroom, a second bedroom (queen-size bed and a raised single bed), and two modern bathrooms with showers.

First floor: accessed via a completely separate entrance on the main road for ultimate independence. It boasts an open-plan living room (with a premium sofa bed), a kitchen, a double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and a spectacular private panoramic terrace.

Arrival and Check-In Information

The villa is a private oasis away from the crowds, yet perfectly positioned for exploring. You are just 5 km from the charming village of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, 15 km from Sorrento, and about 20 km from Positano.

Check-in / Check-out: personal check-in between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Accessibility: due to the separate entrances and outdoor stairways, the villa is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Events: the property is suitable for small private celebrations and weddings, subject to approval.

Parking: 2 private parking spaces available (+ space for a 3rd car behind the others).

City tax: a local city tax applies and is payable in cash upon arrival.

All event planning and coordination are managed exclusively through the Feeling Italy Concierge team, in collaboration with a dedicated wedding planner. Wedding planning services are mandatory and quoted separately.
