Located on the popular Bahama Bay Resort & Spa, our platinum standard PENTHOUSE apartment features a tropical inspired interior and, unlike the majority of three bed condos on the resort, a large, screened balcony overlooking manicured gardens and pool, perfect for alfresco dining!

You won’t believe the size of the condo. The welcoming entrance hall leads through to the open plan kitchen/living area. Everything’s included in the kitchen, including an American fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, hob, extractor fan, waste disposal, even a coffee machine and smoothie maker.

The breakfast bar is perfect for more informal seating or choose the dining table with seating for 6. The lounge area has two comfy sofas, flat screen HD TV and patio doors leading to the balcony. All 4 TVs in the condo feature Roku allowing you to access cable and streaming services.

The master suite features king size bed, walk in wardrobe, flat screen tv and leads to a stunning en-suite with corner Jacuzzi bath, large shower and double wash basins plus separate wc.

Bedroom two has queen size bed and access to a further small balcony with a lovely seating area to take your morning coffee. The third bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, large wardrobes and access to the second bathroom with wc, corner bath, large shower and double sink.

Accessed from the entrance hall, the laundry room has separate washer and dryer along with plenty of storage space for pool toys etc!

The condo is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Both bathroom and pool towels are included. For those travelling with babies a pack and play crib (travel cot) and high chair are supplied free of charge.

Our condo, located in block 3, is just a few minutes’ stroll from a heated pool with hot tub, plenty of sun loungers and surrounded by tropical gardens. The condo is located on the 3rd floor up two flights of stairs and isn't suitable for those in wheelchairs.

Located on the banks of Lake Davenport, The Bahama Bay Resort is a tranquil escape from the busy theme parks. Take a morning walk around the smaller conservation lakes and spot ‘gators and tropical birds. The resort has four swimming pools, fantastic kids Splashpad, a lakeside beach, Caribbean style restaurant and bars, tennis/basketball/shuffleboard courts, gas BBQ grills, available to book free of charge, play area & the Cenote Day Spa which offers a range of services.

The resort is gated with 24/7 security.

*Please note guests at our condo are not able to use the resort gym but can utilise the tennis/basketball/shuffle board courts. There are also running tracks around the resort's lakes.

*To maintain the quality of our condo for you and future guests, a security deposit is payable on booking through VRBO. Should our management company advise us that extra cleaning was required over and above the standard check-out clean, or damage evident on check-out, this will be deducted from the deposit. This very rarely happens and photos will be provided to support any deductions made*
