Modern 2 Bedroom Caravan with Sea Views on the 5* Hoburne Naish Holiday Park

LAST YEARS PRICES HELD FOR 2025.
Our lovely caravan is situated on Naish Common a quiet area of the park and has a stunning view across Poole Bay to the Purbecks.
Please note we accept children. Sorry, we don't accept pets. Smoking and BBQs are
not allowed, due to the fire risk.
Parking is nearby, and is a short walk to our caravan. The caravan is centrally heated throughout, and will accommodate 4 people.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the cost of your stay, however we do not provide beach towels so please bring them with you if required.
The accommodation comprises of an open plan living area, with patio doors leading out onto a private decking area with patio table and chairs.
The lounge has a comfortable corner unit, flame effect fire, Smart TV
The kitchen area has a microwave, fridge, freezer, full size electric cooker with grill, and oven, kettle toaster, crockery, and cooking utensils.
The dining table seats four, which includes a covered bench
The main bedroom has a King Size bed, 2 bedside tables with lights above, double wardrobe, dressing table, and an en-suite toilet and sink.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, one bedside cupboard, and a single wardrobe.

Accessibility Information.
We regret that our caravan is unsuitable for people with restricted mobility due to the steps leading up to the decking to enter the caravan.

The mobile home was very comfortable, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the lounge because the weather was so poor. It was lovely to have the view overlooking the bays towards Swanage.Can we make a suggestion that a washing machine would be helpful with dyer combination placed in the mobile home. The whole site does not have a washing machine facility and we had to motor into Highcliffe.

Lovely, spacious caravan with a scenic view of the sea. Clean and tidy with charming decorative items. Val and Val kindly left us a welcome pack and milk. Great base to see the surrounding area which has some wonderful things to see.Would definitely rent again.

Der Caravan war makellos sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Da das unser erster Urlaub in einem Caravan war, waren wir von der Geräumigkeit überrascht. Die Betten für die Kinder waren klein, aber ausreichend. Für einen Erwachsenen vermutlich ein bisschen schmal. Die Matratzen und Bettwäsche hatten eine super Qualität und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aber das Spülset zum Geschirrspülen war etwas knapp bemessen, ein zweites Geschirrtuch wäre auch gut gewesen. Es gab keine Gewürze, Essig, Öl. Das war ich nicht gewohnt, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm und wurde ja auch nicht angegeben. Der Weg zum Strand war nicht zu lang, die Aussicht wirklich schön. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und lief reibungslos ab. Es wäre schön, wenn man den Schlüsselcode vielleicht ein Tag vor Anreise bekommt, da ich am Anreisetag Probleme mit meinem Internet hatte. Wir können die Unterkunft unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Nice and clean accomodation in beautiful surroundings. Especially New Forest and the villages around the coastline are worth visiting.Hoburne Naish is a nice park. Communication with the owners was pleasant and always a quick response.

We really enjoyed out stay in Barton on Sea Holburne Naish, our compliments to our wonderful host. The property was really lovely and the view was so wonderful to wake up to each morning. It was quite quiet during our stay as it was before schools were let out for the summer. We enjoyed the sound of the waves and the peacefulness of the property. Everything was beautifully clean, comfortable and, fresh. We enjoyed our breakfast on the decking each morning and a drink in the evening watching the sunset when we were back in time from exploring the area during the day. We loved the full size refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen (minus a dishwasher, as stated) and our welcome package from our host, which after along flight and drive from London was so appreciated! Our only minor hiccup was that we wished the bed had been a little more comfortable with a softer mattress topper as we are use to a much softer bed at home, however given the peacefulness and sea air we slept no problem. The beach was a little further of a walk than we had expected more like fifteen minutes vs five but still very enjoyable. Thank you a wonderful stay, we highly recommend!

Lovely site and great area

Not having stayed in a caravan since the 1950's! we were very impressed with how far they've come and especially with the one we booked which was decorated beautifully. We were also thankful for the phone call to say we'd left my husband's CPAP (night breathing) machine behind - we'd got as far as Winchester so had a bit of a trek back but much better than having reached the Midlands. All in all a good stay - the only down side being it was rather blustery - but otherwise a lovely site and an area that offers a lot with both sea, castles and New Forest.

Lovely, clean and modern with good sea views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the caravan. Everything needed in the kitchen was supplied by the owners, the bed was very comfy and great shower.

Exceptional caravan with a view of the sea. Immaculately clean & modern with every small detail thought of (hooks behind doors etc). Great to have access to the nearest beach via a gate with a given number code. Very relaxing stay. We will definitely be booking again!

Relaxing

This is our second visit to this accommodation. It was as before clean & as described. Communication with the owner was excellent . You feel really relaxed the minute you arrive. Its location is great as just a short walk down to the beach . Would definitely recommend

Excellent accommodation

Home was exactly as described - very clean, very well maintained and very well equipped. The living area is very comfortable with enough room for 2 adults and two small children. It was also lovely to have seating outdoors on the deck. It is a short walk to the Park’s facilities, but certainly at the end of the school holidays, there was no problem with parking anywhere and the facilities were not too busy. We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Perfect weekend break

Great little break in this spotlessly clean, very well equipped caravan. It’s a wonderfully peaceful spot and the view from the deck is amazing. The walks along the cliff tops are fantastic too. Try The Beachcomer Cafe in Barton for a fab breakfast after a morning walk!! Although we didn’t really use the park facilities they looked very nice. My only minor gripe about the place were the bath towels which are so small they don’t go round you (and I’m small) so maybe take your own. But overall a great place to stay..

Excellent location on top class site

Caravan in good quiet position with sea view and spotlessly clean. Excellent, well kept site with good clubhouse and children’s facilities. Restaurant very good, clean and good service from friendly staff. Good menu selection to suit small to large appetites. Plenty of places to visit in area.

Wonderful Stay at the Caravan

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the less than perfect British weather. The caravan was spotless and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and waking up to a sea view brightened our spirits every morning. There was just enough space for our family of 4 to sleep comfortably. We especially appreciated the Hoburn amenities on the 2 rainy days - the kids loved the indoor pool, soft play, arts and crafts, arcade and evening entertainment. On sunny days, the caravan is walking distance to a small sandy beach and a couple of cliffside pubs. Also just a quick minute drive down the road to a beautiful larger beach (Avon Beach - highly recommend!) and well situated for exploring the New Forest. Hosts were very quick to respond when we experienced some issues with the Wifi which was quickly resolved. very much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay!
