Unit Layout

You will stay in a spacious and bright 5-room house that spans two levels and measures 180 square meters. The living/dining room boasts a dining table and satellite TV, with an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool. On the first level, you'll find a room with a French bed (160 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning, as well as an exit to the terrace and pool. Another room on this level has three beds, a shower/WC, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra charge). There is also a separate WC and electric heating on this floor.

Amenities Included

Upstairs, you'll discover two more bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning, and an exit to the terrace, and the other with three beds (80 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning, also with a terrace exit. Electric heating is available on this floor as well. The villa boasts three large terraces, partially covered, and a large partially roofed patio. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, 10 deck chairs, and a box-room. You'll also enjoy a marvelous view of the bay from the property.
