The Space:
The villa is a magnificent two-level property that boasts breathtaking sea views and will soon feature a stunning swimming pool and BBQ area, making it the perfect retreat for a memorable vacation.

As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by the spacious and bright open-plan living room, complete with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with friends and family. Additionally, two single sofa beds in the living room provide extra sleeping space if needed.

On the ground floor, there is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. This well-appointed bedroom is perfect for guests who prefer a more private space. On the upper level, you will find three more elegantly decorated bedrooms, along with the main bathroom.

The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a luxurious private en-suite with a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends sharing a room, while the third bedroom has a single bed, perfect for a solo guest.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful green garden, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. You can enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate while lounging on the spacious balconies, admiring the majestic sea views or savoring your favorite meals and drinks.

Guest Access:
As our esteemed guest, you will have exclusive access to all areas of the villa during your stay. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, all four beautifully decorated bedrooms, private bathrooms, garden, balconies, and any other facilities provided within the villa. We want you to feel completely at home during your stay and enjoy all that the villa has to offer.
The pool is private and available all year long!

The Neighborhood:
Located at the edge of the vibrant village of Marathopoli, our villa offers easy access to all the local amenities. You will find a variety of stores selling local products, fresh fish, meat, and anything you might need for your daily shopping.

Take a stroll along the scenic coastal sidewalk and soak up the unique vibe of the area. Indulge in a magnificent meal at one of the traditional fish taverns while gazing at the stunning sunset, and unwind at the numerous cafes, bars, and clubs in the area.

Explore the small port and meet the friendly fishermen, who will take you on a local boat to the beautiful island of Proti, once a common pirate hideaway in ancient times.

Just 6 kilometers away from our residence lies the beautiful town of Gargaliani, featuring a big square, a historical church, lovely coffee shops, and a local open market.

Swimming:
Within a short distance from the villa, you can find many beaches for every taste, such as Lagouvardos (4km), Romanos beach (15km), Voidokoilia beach (15km), Agios Ioannis, Agia Sotira, the Mati, as well as the Proti island, which you can visit by boat. Many of these beaches are naturally ideal for wind surfing enthusiasts!

Historical sights:
Discover the rich history of the region by visiting the famous Nestor's Palace (18km), Ancient Messene (65km), Gialova Lake (Natura 2000 protected area, 19km), Polilimnio lakes and waterfalls (35km), Neda river (44km), Castle of Kiparissia (27km), or Castle of Pylos (25km).

Sports:
Experience a wide range of sports activities, whether organized or individual, such as biking, hiking, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, board surfing, wind surfing, and sailing. Marathopoli has a diving center, and Costa Navarino Resort offers two award-winning golf courses for enthusiasts of the sport. Getting Around:
To reach the house by car, you can follow the National Road from Athens to Kalamata, and then take the exit to Pylos. From there, you will follow the road to Gargaliani and Marathopoli. The total distance from Athens is approximately 280 km and the journey takes around 3 hours.

If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take the bus from Athens to Kalamata and then change to a local bus to Marathopoli. There are also buses from other nearby towns and cities, such as Pylos and Kyparissia. The closest airport to the house is Kalamata International Airport, which is approximately 50 km away. You can also rent a car at the airport or arrange for a taxi transfer to the house.

Once you arrive at the house, you will find plenty of parking space available. From there, you can explore the village and the surrounding area on foot, by bike, or by car. The location of the house is very convenient for day trips to many popular attractions and sights in the area.

If you prefer to have lunch or dinner at the villa, we offer Mediterranean and modern cuisine with locally sourced quality products. Our lunch and dinner services are available upon request for €20 per person, and include cooking and service. Please note that the cost of ingredients is not included in the price.
