A kitchenette is also located on this floor, thoughtfully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own air conditioning unit as well as direct access to a private balcony. The second bedroom on this floor features 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement for additional guests.
