Loved, loved, loved this place! We stayed as a family of seven (all adults) and had plenty of room, beds were comfortable, home was incredibly clean, pool was small but perfect to cool off or play some games, kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home, short walk to a beautiful beach and some shops/restaurants. We could have stayed another week easily! You need to bring your own beach towels, but all other linens are provided. Owners were friendly and responsive, just a perfect stay.

The proprty was as stated. Our group of 6 were all very happy with the property and location. Upon arrival we had a few small issues that needed to be addressed and the owner was there ver quickly to make everything right. Would definitely recommend.

Villa

The property we stayed at was a very central location, near all the bars and cafes, very easy to walk to shops and back. Had everything we needed, very spacious and clean, like being home from home. Had a lovely size pool. Towels were changed midweek and both owners were lovely.

Great location

A lovely villa in a great location. It was in a quiet cul-de-sac with a short stroll to the beach and all amenities. However would say the photos do not show the kitchen and that is a little tired. But overall had a great stay at Carpe Diem and communication with Gavin and Estelle was great

Enjoyable stay

The villa was more spacious and luxurious than we had anticipated and there was more than adequate space for six adults and a child. Facilities were by and large excellent but minor matters need attention such as replacement of damaged crockery and glassware and maintenance of a blocked dishwasher. Overall our stay was very enjoyable with the clean and well maintained pool and garden and the easy to use air conditioning being particularly welcome.

Thank you Brendan, it was a pleasure to host you and your family and we are glad you had a good time. Thank you for informing about the dishwasher, we fixed it - About the crockery should be in good conditions has it's a brand new set. Anyway, thank you for letting us know as there's always space to improve. Kind Regards, Estelle Williams

Perfect Villa Option

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. There was a lovely welcome basket for us and everything was immaculate. We were pleasantly surprised to see three bathrooms I had only recalled two in the advert and they were well fitted out. One is a walk in shower downstairs and the other two were baths with a shower attachment to the end of a bath. The only small downside was hot water in the shower took a very long time to come through and was sporadic. The pool was the perfect size and it was heated to a great temperature. There is just enough space around the pool for four sun loungers. An outside eating area in the shade was very welcomed. The house is very tricky to find if you arrive in the dark. It feels as if you are going into someone’s private drive but it does open up to a complex of several houses. We attempted to order a book to be delivered by Amazon but sadly they couldn’t find us. So recommend coming with everything you need. The location is very quiet and a short 5-10 mins walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying.

Sehr schöne Ferienvilla in toller Lage

Thank you for your comment, there is always room for improvement. We are very meticulous with cleaning, so I think something must have gone wrong with the cleaning company. Our apologies. We make ourselves available during the stay to meet the needs of our guests, particularly if they need kitchen utensils - we would gladly satisfy your request. Thank you, we hope to welcome you next time
