The villa offers spectacular sunsets at the top of the hill. This is a 3-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of restaurants and shopping in Gustavia. This brand new villa in the hills overlooks the town and ocean beyond and enjoys spectacular sunsets.



The air-conditioned, spacious living area has a high ceiling, U.S. satellite TV, and glass sliding doors, which open to the covered deck. The living area shares its space with a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast island and chairs.



The finest accommodation in Saint Barthelemy. Two bedrooms are next to each other off the living area, each with a European king bed and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The master bedroom is even more private, in a separate bungalow on its own level up a flight of stairs above the pool, again with a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with an indoor shower that can be completely opened to the outdoors, and its own large terrace and seating area.



Above the living room is a gazebo, which is intended as a yoga or fitness area, but can also serve as a lounge area away from the main deck and pool. The spacious covered deck offers comfortable seating and a large dining table. Loungers surround the enormous lap pool, which enjoys ample sun and tropical breezes. This villa also comes with a gas grill and a Sonos sound system.



The smart design of the Villa makes it well suited for groups of friends taking a St. Barth holiday together, wanting to make the most of all the island has to offer.
