Amazing Stay it is a Home Away from Home!

Thank you Josh, your property was everything I thought it would be and more, the pictures were spot on. This property was extremely clean, very modern and everything was updated. There was a book left for us that provided menus of local restaurants, ideas of places to go and things to do, this was extremely helpful. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, we were stocked with coffee, condiments and spices. I cooked meals and felt right at home. The bathrooms supplied, hair dryers, flat irons and high end shampoo and conditioner, if we forgot something there was no need to worry, it was in the house. The bedrooms were beautiful each having their own bathroom entrance and balcony, the only complaint (from the kids) was that just one bedroom had a TV. One night we were able to see a firework show from the baseball field from the top balcony. The house was in the middle of everything, we could walk to King Street the main road, the house is in the heart of downtown so we were 5 minutes away from everything no matter which direction we went. This was my first VRBO experience and I am not sure I will ever stay in a hotel again, Josh's property set the standards very high of the way a VRBO experience should be. If you are looking to stay in Charleston, let this property be your home while you are there.

Clean, Great Location & Spacious

This house couldn't have been better for a girls' weekend away to celebrate my sister's bachelorette in Charleston! The house was clean, centrally located, well-equipped to cook-in and the beds were comfortable. Plus we really enjoyed the rooftop deck! Josh was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check-in time while the house was being cleaned, which was extremely helpful. Tip for Josh: Would be great for cleaning service to leave more than 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. With 8 girls and only 5 rolls total between the 2 1/2 bathrooms for almost 4 days, we thought it might be a bit touch and go by the end. :)

Excellent Luxury Location in Charleston!

We stayed with our two children and it was great. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. This would be a great location for a family or two or three couples!

Close to everything and very comfortable

We enjoyed a great stay at Josh's place in Charleston. The house was spacious and had a great living space with a big kitchen. Walking distance to everything on King Street with a convenience store just a couple blocks away. Everything was clean and we had a wonderful experience. Josh was also very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

The Perfect Place to Stay in Charleston

This was the perfect place for a cousin reunion in Charleston. The unit is well-appointed and is perfectly located to enjoy all there is to do and see .....and there are great restaurants right down the street ( we especially loved the 5 Loaves Cafe). We usually walked to all the Charleston sites, but a block and a half away from the house was the free bus route for any non-walkers. The unit was stocked with all we needed (hairdryers, shampoo, etc) and a bottle of wine was even chilling in the refrigerator when we arrived. Josh was very responsive to any question we had, which enhanced our stay. I will definitely recommend this delightful home to all my friends visiting Charleston.
