This is brand new, deluxe, studio apartment with private balcony and sea view. Breakfast is included in price and guests have access to pool and sun terrace area with sea view.
Please note if you are coming with pets, we charge 8€ extra per day
Studio apartment is brand new and 35 sqm big and have king size double bed, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette which is equipped with stove top, fridge, kettle, kitchen utensils. whole apartment is with tiled floor.Guests have flat screen TV with choice of more than 2000 movies, A/C.
Saplunara is small seaside place just 15 min drive from Sobra.There are three sand beaches in Saplunara, one is next to our house and there are sunbeds and restaurant on beach. On the other beach, which is also sand, there is small cafee bar. Third beach is big Limuni beach wich is also with sand and Croatian reality Survivor was filmed there. Saplunara is all about nature, clean and tirquise sea and good food, everything you need for perfect vacation :)

Saplunara, on Mljet’s southeastern tip, offers more than just its famous sandy beaches. While Velika Saplunara and Mala Saplunara are perfect for swimming and relaxing, the surrounding protected pine forests provide scenic trails ideal for hiking and panoramic views. Nearby, the serene Blace Lagoon offers a secluded spot for swimming in warm, shallow waters.
For adventurers, kayaking along the coast reveals hidden coves and untouched beaches. After exploring, savor fresh seafood and local dishes at family-run restaurants, paired with wine like Plavac Mali.
At night, enjoy stargazing under the clear skies, free from light pollution. Saplunara is also a great base for visiting nearby Mljet attractions, including the famous Mljet National Park with its saltwater lakes and historic monastery.

The most amazing feature of this hotel is the location and staff/owners. It is set in a very quiet part of the island, in a beautiful bay. Staff were always very attentive and so the owners. For dinner you can eat at the hotel and the food is well prepared and tasty.

Beautiful island and a great place to stay with breakfast to die for

Beautiful location. Stunning breakfast with fresh foods cooked each day. Friendly staff - sent an hour each day just chilling through breakfast. Enjoyed taking the kayak out and also walks to beaches. Dinner of fresh fish was amazing. Absolute peace.

Glorious residence!

Loved this place! Bed was comfy, AC worked great, and we were pleasantly surprised by a wonderful buffet breakfast included. Mljet was far more beautiful than we imagined, and Saplunara Beach was so peaceful. There's a Studenac Market (little grocery store) right next door so you can get away without a car if you prefer to be at the beach the whole time, BUT I highly recommend getting a car to explore this amazing island! We hope to return soon!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The owners were super kind and helpful, always available and reachable (car problem, last minute lunch etc) . The house and the location were superb, couldn’t be better. And the food .. OMG.. the fresh fish with everything home grown and home made.. top star restaurant they have. U better stay and don’t go anywhere else to eat ;) Thank You again for our perfect stay!

Perfect relaxing stay.

The apartment was spacious and luxurious. Wonderful breakfasts fruit/pancakes/eggs cooked to order, breads/yoghurt all served by the owners and their friendly team. They serve high quality food in the restaurant at lunch and dinner and booking is recommended, not a place for a cheap snack but the supermarket is very close by so we cooked pasta in the room and prepared a couple of lunches. Very close to beautiful beaches as well as the glorious pool. We enjoyed seeing Louie, their gentle giant of a dog strolling around occasionally. We had a great time and thoroughly recommend Pine Tree.

The tranquility & quality of everything about this place makes you feel replenished and spoilt.

Unique location near a beautiful cove beach with small bar. The family and staff that run this are wonderful and warm with vision and ambition. The infinity pool is perfect with a stunning view . The apartments are well appointed and have everything and more than you need particularly if you want to cook. But it’s the restaurant that excels . Using superb home grown and locally sourced ingredients the meals are prepared and served with knowledge and enthusiasm . It’s not cheap compared to other parts of Croatia but this is an island a third of which is a national park . It’s really special without being stuffy with indoor and outdoor eating which is hard to find on mljet . You need a car if you want to explore the island and the ferry is fun but there probably are trips you could do .

Estar a gusto en un entorno paradisíaco!

La ubicación en Saplunara es preciosa, un paraje tranquilo y paradisíaco. El servicio en este alojamiento es estupendo, son super amables y hacen todo lo posible por ayudarte y que te sientas a gusto durante tu estancia. Las instalaciones son agradables, y dispone de una piscina muy coqueta. El restaurante dispone de terraza con vistas preciosas a la bahía, y el desayuno que ofrecen es surtido y todo muy rico! Lo recomiendo mucho, si os apetece estar a gusto, relajaros y desconectar un poco en una isla. Justo al lado hay una playa de arena ideal, con aguas cristalinas.

Hotel familiar con vistas espectaculares. Tanto Ane como su marido hacen todo lo posible para que estes a gusto y las vacaciones resulten perfectas. El restaurante ofrece platos caseros deliciosos. El hotel está entre dos playas de arena (de la pocas que hemos visto) y el mar el maravilloso La habitación tenía una pequeña cocina que resultaba práctica para hacer alguna comida / cena El desayuno que dan es excepcional

Das Appartment ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Die Bucht ist sehr ruhig, das kleine Dorf als perfekter Ort für Erholung. Toller Pool mit Blick auf die Bucht. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und sicherlich das Highlight der Unterkunft. Die Sandstrände in der Umgebung sind sauber und nicht überfüllt.
