The beautiful furnishings include a living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV, one double bedroom, and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the main level, there is a bath/shower/WC with a hydro massage shower. The upper level, accessed by a steep stair, features an open room with sloping ceilings, a sofa bed (120 cm), and a folding bed, along with an exit to the balcony and a separate shower/WC. The apartment boasts parquet floors throughout, and heating is provided by an oil system.
