This stunning one bedroom condo sits on the 7th floor of the 5 Star Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. This beautiful condominium is the closest 1 bedroom from the water and the beach. There are blue skies for as far as you can see. Below you can see the beautiful beaches and pools of Las Palomas. Sit back, unwind and enjoy the views!
This one bedroom is beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Included is the cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking utensils. Las Palomas itself has several restaurants (Citron and La Maria) including the swim up bar for a quick and easy meal. Don't feel like cooking tonight, just ring Room Service. There are also 4 barbeques downstairs. Every unit at Las Palomas has filtered water available in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a large double sink bathroom and king size bed to relax in. There is a pull out couch that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The condo has 2 large screen TV's, one is in the family room and the other in the master bedroom. Additional features include free high-speed WiFi Internet and a full size washer-dryer.

Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is perfect for your vacation or holiday destination. Its amenities available to you are The Links, an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course. There are 7 pools to cool down in along with a 'children's only' pool. 2 lazy rivers and 2 swim-up bars/restaurants. When the sun goes down there are 2 Jacuzzi's to unwind in. Also available are beach palapa's, lounge chairs, beach towels, gas barbecues and a convenience store if you forget the sunscreen. The Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort has 24 hour gated security, underground parking and 24/7 check-in.

You will love this beautiful and cozy condominium situated at the right height (7th floor) and the closest from the elevator.

Mini vacation

My wife and I wanted to get away quickly during the summer, Rocky point has always been a favorite and We have used properties at Las Palomas for many years and never had any issues, this unit was immaculate and providing one thing my wife hoped for was that I had a Keurig other than that we had a great time and property was perfect

Ok place.

After we arrived, communication with the owner was poor. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and the tv remotes didn’t work, therefore we could not operate the tv, which was not ideal with a 3 year old. I had to contact the condo customer service for assistance. Also, the dishwasher and king mattress are very old. The dishwasher hardly cleans your dishes, we had to hand wash most of the dishes. The mattress is incredibly worn out and soft. We both had back aches by the end of the trip. With a few updates, the property could be a 4 or 5 star.

Upgraded but stricter

The property is really beautiful and it seems they are always making improvements I will continue coming back here because it’s always a great stay. My only complaint is that they are overly strict about some things: one thing was that I wasn’t allowed to sit on a lounge chair (past the pool) facing the ocean at 6:30 AM because the ‘pool wasn’t open’. I would understand if I was trying to swim, but I was just looking at the ocean & enjoying the view – what’s the big deal?

Wonderful Resort

The property we stayed in was just like it looked in the pictures. It was clean and very well maintained. The owner was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and anything she could do to assist us. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed the pools. The master bed had a very thick foam pad that we took off because it made the bed so soft. It was comfortable without it. The master bedroom is right by the elevator so if you are a light sleeper you will hear the noise.

My husband and I went this past weekend for our 1st anniversary and it was amazing! The condo was beautiful, the views were amazing. The place was clean and the bed was SO COMFY, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The owners were quick to respond and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is the closest from Las Vegas to enjoy the ocean. Yes, there is Los Angeles and San Diego but the beauty and the water temperature of Rocky Point doesn't compare with anything around us. Maybe Hawaii, but that's much further.
It is indeed beautiful, perfect vacation spot, very romantic and so much activities for everybody. Kids have a blast with all the pools and the lazy rivers and adults can enjoy everything else including the pool bars, the ocean. golf (Las Palomas has a great and very affordable golf course), the 2 restaurants which are extremely good, and of course long walks on the beach.

The views are amazing and extremely relaxing. This cozy and beautifully decorated condo is the closest 1 bedroom from the beach and the ocean.
You feel like you are in paradise.
The height is absolutely perfect, the 7th floor which is high enough to see the endless ocean and low enough to see all the pools, lazy rivers, and all the fun.
