Villa Ricetro is a complex of 3 independent flats located in Montemagno on the Tuscan hills near Camaiore at the top of a hill ridge separating the Tyrrhenian Sea from the Apuan Alps. The altitude of 300 metres and the proximity to the sea make it a place with an ideal climate. All around the house are woods and olive groves and absolute peace. The small village of Montemagno is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. In Montemagno there are two excellent restaurants a bar and a minimarket.

The house, on 2 levels, is the union of the two flats "FRANCESCA 1 JUNIOR SUITE" and "FRANCESCA 2 SENIOR SUITE":

On the ground floor of the "FRANCESCA 1" flat you will find a very spacious living room with brickwork kitchen, fireplace, TV corner (TV with international channels, wifi) and a large dining table, the bathroom with shower compartment and storage-laundry room made out of an old cistern for collecting rainwater that was used by the olive mill for pressing olives.

Moving upstairs you will find a mezzanine floor open to the living room with a double bed and a 160 cm wide French sofa bed.

On the stairs, between the ground floor and the loft, there is a door that we open only and exclusively if guests book this type of flat and leads to the 'FRANCESCA 2' flat where on the ground floor there is a living room with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two people and a TV corner (TV with international channels, wifi), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine.

On the upper floor there is a very spacious double room and a room with two single beds and a sofa bed suitable for a child. The two rooms have a beautiful view of the coast and the sea, on a clear day you can see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica.

The rustic-elegant décor has many antique elements. The shared saltwater swimming pool is located in a separate space just a few metres from the house and in a panoramic position. The three houses of the property were created from the careful restoration of the agricultural outbuildings of a 17th century farm villa.

This type of flat is ideal for 10 people (more specifically for 8 adults and 2 children, as the sofa bed in the 'Francesca 1' flat is a little narrower than a double bed).

Outside, you will find: - a private space where you can eat with your family;
- a shared space with the people in the third flat, if present, with a barbecue area;
- a shared space with a very spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi.

- The entire Villa Ricetro (structure code 6878844) to have total privacy even on the entire outdoor area and can accommodate up to 16 people.
