Luxury and modern villa with quality finishes and tastefully decorated, respecting the traditional character with spacious and comfortable interiors. The area of the house is 350 m² distributed over 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, including pool bathroom, a wonderful kitchen with all modern conveniences and a big living and dining area.

On ground floor there are a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite and two of them have terrace with great views of the town. On lastly floor there is an open double bedroom with a big terrace with wonderful views of the town and sea.

It has central heating and a laundry with washing machine and clothes lines. It comes with lots of entertainment features as DVD and satellite TV, plus free WiFi to keep in touch with friends, family, or even the office for a working holiday. It also has 2 mountain bikes which you can go for a ride along Cala Millor’s seafront.

The house is surrounded by grass, plants and terraces. There are a barbecue area and a porch with a big dining area. You can enjoy Mallorca’s sun in a large pool with sunbeds and with a cosy and small porch with dining area and a bathroom.

Quite well communicated and with all services and variety of shops for daily needs at a really short walking distance, some of them opened on holidays. It has a varied cuisine and really good restaurants nearby. You can practice many water sports as well as cycling, jogging, skating, outdoor fitness, and so on.

Amazing villa

The villa was amazing, it had every we needed. Location was great, opposite Aldi, minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops. Villa is across 3 floors, the only thing that wasn’t included was beach towels. The kitchen had everything from blenders, cork screw, plates, pots and pans. We had a BBQ twice, the hosts came to clean the pool. Pictures do not do the villa justice. We would absolutely book again. We were a family of 7 ages raging 3-55. There were inflatables left for the children, there is a washing line and pegs, a utility room to freshen up the towels. It was home from home.

Dette hus er fantastisk, Barbera som man har kontakten med er en engel, vi nåede aldrig at møde hende, alt forgik over telefonen, hun hjalp med alt, hvis der havde været behov for hun kom forbi, havde hun gjort det. Huset er perfekt og jeg vil til en hver tid leje det igen. Er man følsom over for lidt larm fra unge mennesker, skal man holde sig fra huset, da det ligger op til et store fællesareal, som bruges af de lokale unge. Men det betød ikke noget or os.

Eine Woche in Cala Millor

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Villa in zenraler Lage von Cala Millor. Wir sind dort eine Woche mit 10 Erwachsene gewesen und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer in der oberer Etage hat leider kein WC und das ist das einzige Manko im Haus. Mit 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder wäre es optimal. Wer also kurze Wege zum Strand und Bars bevorzugt und auf gewissen Luxus nicht verzichten möchte ist hier in dem Haus gut aufgehoben ! Empfehlung ! PS: Nachts etwas laut vom Straßenverkehr .

Wunderschöne grosse Villa an zentraler Lage

Wir konnten unsere Ferienwoche in dieser wunderschönen, sehr sauberen und top möblieren Villa sorgenfrei geniessen. Bei Fragen stand uns die Besitzerin sofort zur Verfügung und half uns weiter. Es hat eine Zentralheizung welche bereits nach kurzer Zeit (!) die Zimmer heizte. Die Lage in Cala Millor ist zum Golfspielen perfekt und sehr gerne kommen wir wieder hier hin. Herzlichen Dank!

Schönes Traumhaus in Cala Millor

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Woche in der Casa Esteva. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und offen, unsere Anliegen wurden unkompliziert und effektiv gelöst. Das Haus ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet, dennoch im spanischen Stil gehalten. Die Räume sind licht, mit allem nötigen eingerichtet, außerordentlich praktisch. Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche bietet genug Raum für vielfältige Kochaktionen, selbst die Grillecke ist praktisch angegliedert. Alles Top. Die Zimmeraufteilung bietet ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit ausgelagertem Bad im EG, 3 Doppelschlafzimmer im 1.OG mit innenliegendem Bad und 1 Galerie-Schlafzimmer im 2.OG mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse dafür ohne Bad. Der Ausblick der Terrassen im 1. und 2. Stock zeigen deutlich die Stadt-Touristische Umgebung. Sportplatz, Häuser, und Fußgängerzonen mit Cafés etc. liegen gerade aus und linker Hand der gr. Parkplatz des Aldi. Da ist eine Menge los, das muss man wissen. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir sind mit dem Einkaufswagen direkt nach Hause geschoben. Störender war eher die Müllabfuhr und die morgendliche Stadtreinigung. Die Frühstücksterrasse mit Ausblick zum Pool und auf die Hecke beglückte uns dagegen jeden Morgen. Sehr schön auch die kl. Dusch-und Toilettenanlage rechts hinten im Garten. Weniger schön war der Mückenalarm bei Dämmerung. Unser Abendessen haben wir grundsätzlich im Wohn-Essbereich im Haus eingenommen. Draußen wäre man selbst aufgefressen worden. Tigermücken und normale Mücken zu Hauf. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ein schönes Haus mit sehr viel Platz. Der Strand und die Promenade sind nah. Der Pool ist super und es steht einiges an Spielzeug zur Verfügung. Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage, was bei sehr heißen Tagen negativ zu bewerten ist ( in den Schlafzimmern sind zumindest mobile Ventilatoren vorhanden). Leider ist das Grundstück auch sehr vom Straßenlärm belastet. Der Aldi ist direkt gegenüber, was zum Einkaufen super ist. Insgesamt fanden wir das Haus gut, im Vergleich zu anderen von uns bereits gemieteten Unterkünften aufgrund des Lärms und der fehlenden Klimaanlage im Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis zu teuer.

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla

Wir haben mit 2 Familien(4 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Ca Nostra verbracht. Die Bilder haben wirklich nicht zuviel versprochen, aber in Natura wirkt alles noch viel schöner. Der Pool ist ein Traum, super sauber, die Villa ist riesengroß, alles war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Hinzu kommt die Nähe zum Strand, den man in nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, genauso wie die Einkaufs- und Restaurantstraße, wo es sich immer mal lohnt in "erster Reihe" irgendwo zu sitzen und einfach nur dem Geschehen zuzusehen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt mehr als erholsam, wir haben jede Minute in diesem tollen Haus genossen und werden bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sein. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett, man hätte sich mit jedem Problem telefonisch an sie wenden können, was bei uns jedoch nicht der Fall war, da wirklich alles stimmte. Frauke aus Marl
