De advertentie misleidend, het liet een mooie foto van het huis en de tuin zien, waardoor je de indruk krijgt dat je het huis huurt.Bij aankomst bleek dat we de ruimte onder het huis huurde oftewel de basement zonder uitzicht. Het is dus een appartement onder het huis wat je huurt. De verhuurder woont boven in het huis. De foto is heel erg misleidend.Tot onze verbazing was er ook een verbouwing gaande gedurende 2 weken van onze vakantie, wat heel erg frustrerend en onrustig was. Als er een advertentie was geplaatst van appartement onder het huis, dan is het aan jezelf de keuze of je dat wil ja of nee. Die keuze is ons helaas ontnomen.

La experiencia ha sido satisfactoria

La casa está bastante acondicionada. El propietario fue muy amable en todo momento. La ubicación, está a 25 min de Gaia y a 20 de Santa María da Feria pero no tiene nada a pie, hay que coger coche para lo que necesites. Como dato importante en la descripción de la casa, el jardín que pertenece al alquiler es el de atrás, no nos afectó mucho porque es amplio y nos llovió durante la estancia pero el jardín que aparece en la foto aérea no corresponde. Es el jardín donde aparece la mesa. Nos llovió mucho y tampoco pudimos disfrutar de la parcela. Una lástima. Para pasear a los perros hay un camino justo en frente. Faltaba quizás elementos esenciales en la cocina pero nada importante. El propietario estaba a nuestra disposición para lo que necesitaríamos. Una estancia muy agradable.
