Amans Bungalow Den Helder
Bungalow woning, gelijk vloer in het prachtige Den Helder. Dichtbij het strand en winkelcentrum. Grote oppervlakte en alles nieuw.
Badkamer en wc zijn nieuw. Via 1 slaapkamer kan je direct de WC bereiken. De studio heeft 2 open plafond ramen. De straat is rustig en stil waardoor u prima tot rust kunt komen. Er zijn 2 dakramen die open en dicht kunnen behalve de vogels hoort u verder niks ook zijn de muren goed geïsoleerd waardoor u uw eigen privacy ook heeft. Totaal is de oppervlakte rond de 50 m2 van het woon gedeelte. Voorin in het pand zit ik als masseur waar ik mijn klanten ontvang. U heeft hier verder geen last van omdat ik m'n eigen entree heb en verder geen gebruik maak van het toilet. Alles is dus gescheiden in gebruik. U kunt zelfs een ontspannende massage of stevige sportmassage boeken bij mij op afspraak.
