On the ground floor, the cosy living room, equipped with air conditioning, communicates with the fully equipped kitchen through a door. Access is also provided to a sheltered patio, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. The living room has comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD player and a dining area. From here, patio doors lead to the terrace next to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, also with air conditioning, and a family bathroom with shower and W.C. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor, where two additional bedrooms are located. One of them has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and W.C., while the other has twin beds and a family bathroom with shower and W.C.



Outside, the villa has a private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, ideal for relaxing in the available sun loungers. In addition, there is a dining area next to the pool and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners in a private and well-maintained environment.
