There are 2 houses with a wall between, like a twin house. 170 m2 in each house.
We have moderate prices.
Two big gardens, We have an own gardener coming to prepare our swimming pool and the garden 3 times a week.
There is a wonderful view to the Atlantic. You can sit on the terrace and look at the sunrise as well as the sunset,
These houses is really a paradise and is best situated in the South of Lanzarote in Playa Blanca.

You can see the harbour and the ferry going to the next island Fuenteventora. You can see two different harbours and you can watch the big cruise ships coming in and out.

We have free Internet, and all English and Norwegian TV channels. We have DVD and CD records.

We have a heated swimming pool also in the wintertime.

Family stay

A lovely space both inside and out. With 'older' children it was perfect so everyone had their own space. Outside area is perfect for lazy days and barbeques. Only disappointment was the jacuzzi wasn't working, and we weren't notified. Didn't spoil our enjoyment though. Location is perfect. 10 min walk to the nearest shops, bars. A further 10 mins one way to flamingo beach, 10 minute the other to endless bars and restaurants.

Casa romantica

A superb property. Everything you could wish for...and more. Grounds are superbly maintained, as is pool. So much space ..can sleep eight if family or friends group... We were so lucky to have the owners in residence in the matching villa. So kind, so helpful, so unobtrusive. They never use the pool so we felt like royalty or films stars with it all to ourselves. Ten minute walk to best bit of Playa Blanca.....bars restaurants, supermarket all close. We will return .

Homely & comfortable

.We had a great week here & would definitely return. It’s not modern but we liked that. The second bedroom is in the basement down a spiral staircase but has a small window looking out onto the pool. There are 2 bathrooms and the upstairs living area is comfortable and spacious. We were given plenty of towels and the house was reasonably well equipped. The pool and garden are the highlights, with impressive views down to the sea - about 15 minutes' walk from the house. It could have been a bit awkward sharing the outdoor space with the other apartment but our neighbours were friendly and respectful of space.

A lucky find for a last minute stay.

There’s a lot to like about this property. It's in a nice residential area with big grounds, a large pool and open views to Playa Blanca. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves as there was no one in the adjoining property and that was great. Outside there is a large terrace with a dining table, lounge seats and a built in barbecue. There is also a pool table shared between the two properties. The house itself is large with a quirky layout. You enter on the upper floor where the living room, kitchen and one bedroom are located and go downstairs to another two bedrooms and an internal living room. As a previous guest said, the house is 'rustic' and there are a few things that are needing replaced or updated but on the whole the house was comfortable and suited us just fine.

Fabulous location, great space,few issues

Over all good vacation. Few issues. Pool had not sorted out on arrival so nearly 5 days before able to use. Then another issue with pool the following week which put it out of action again.Then after unexpected arrival of more guests who were expecting our apartment were very unhappy and off with us for the whole week they were there, as if it was our fault, which made us feel uncomfortable., especially when using the grounds. We knew what the interior was before booking which was totally fine but there is some need for maintenance i.e electrics alot of lights in the property didn't work especially down stairs only two wall lights worked. Fridge seal needs replacing and another rack in the oven and baking tray as one is not enough. The garden is beautiful and well looked after by the gardener. I will say Toñi the service manager was very helpful as alot of the issues were out of her control as its down to the age of many things. Playa blanca itself is lovely nearly all the bars and restaurants are on the beach front.

March/April 2022 stay

The outside and pool area is wonderful. Distant views of the sea and Fuerterventura make it a very peaceful place yet only short walk to beach, shops etc. Playa Flamingo neatest beach. We found it helpful to have a car but not essential. There are 2 very friendly cats at the property outside that like being fed regularly and the owner provided food. It has clearly a much loved family holiday home where some areas need updating. Expect rustic charm and you won’t be disappointed. We felt sad to leave and really enjoyed our holiday.
