Nothing is left to chance, and anyone lucky enough to enjoy these spaces will feel as if they’re in a fairy tale.
The villa features convenient parking for up to three cars right next to the entrance, from where a staircase leads down to the main door. The expertly tended garden conceals intimate terraces where you can sunbathe or admire the stunning sunsets silhouetted against the sea. You’ll also have exclusive access to a rocky beach equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, where you can freely enjoy the magnificent turquoise sea. The sandy beach is located just 350 meters away and can be reached with a short walk.

Inside, the house features all the amenities, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and unique spots from which to admire the sea through large windows that frame the landscape like a painting. The wonderful terrace will be the gathering place where you can enjoy lunch and dinner overlooking the spectacular Sardinian sea.
The kitchen and three bathrooms were renovated a few months ago, combining elegance with comfort and practicality.
The kitchen overlooks the terrace, and a small adjacent outdoor kitchen set into a convenient marble countertop is an excellent solution for cooking outdoors while keeping odors and smoke at bay.

The villa is located within a large resort consisting of many other villas and homes scattered across a vast area. Inside the village, you’ll find a mini-market with a well-stocked deli, fresh fruit and vegetables, a fish market, and a pizzeria-restaurant.
We recommend using a car, as the shops are just a few minutes away by car; walking there is a bit of a long walk. The Da Palmira store offers home delivery for both groceries and restaurant meals. If you’re looking for a vacation dedicated to total relaxation, far away from everyone and everything, there are services that allow you to stay here even without a car.

The villa features a separate area away from the main house dedicated to service staff, complete with a bedroom and bathroom. Upon request, you can have dedicated local service staff during your stay to handle cooking, cleaning, or babysitting.
