Filoxenia Villas are two luxurious and modern villas overlooking Gennadi beach.
These two newly built four bedroom Villas, with private pools are located in a unique location just between Gennadi and Lahania, 50m from the beach and can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, of which all have unique sea view balconies and 2 bathrooms. The large open plan living space is beautifully finished, with a unique sense of harmony through its colors, decoration & style, along with flat screen & Satellite TV. All areas are fully air-conditioned for the warmer days of Greek summer time!

Each villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing, BBQ or family games, while the roof terrace offers stunning views of Gennadi Beach and both are fully equipped to enjoy each moment during your stay.

Truly an amazing house

The best part of the house are the owners. Andreas and Olga were amazing and helped us to feel like home from the very first day. We had a wonderful time with two families and we will come back one day!

Our stay at Filoxenia Villas...

...exceeded our own high expectations! We spent one week at Villa Alex and we couldn’t have made a better choice for our three generation family vacation (age 4 to 65). Olga & Andreas are very warm and welcoming hosts who know exactly how to make their guests feel at home immediately. The villa itself has lovely equipped rooms with a cosy ambience. In general there is nothing left to be desired as the package includes bed sheets, bath and pool towels as well as hair dryer, etc. - not to mention the generous gift basket with local specialties and the sweet and salty snacks served by Andreas when visiting us once in a while! I can hardly describe how nice the villa, the garden and the pool are – therefore I just recommend to anyone who is interested in exploring Rhodes and enjoying a five-star holiday to choose Filoxenia Villas for a great stay.

Excellent villa excellent hosts

I never write reviews but this time I have to. Andreas and Olga are amazing hosts, made us feel at home and gave us much more then any explanation. The picture of the fridge full you can see in the profile, we thought was an example, in the end was like this when we arrived. They also served us a drink when we arrived, helped to find a babysitter etc. The house was perfect with all necessary equipment to live it fully. Best experience ever!

Fantastic villa and oustanding serviceminded hosts Olga & Andreas :)!

We were a family of 8 people that stayed at the villa for 1 week. A very warm welcome by Andreas started our stay. The house is fully equipped and was perfect for us as it had lots of space. The poolarea was lovely and refreshing. It is necessary to have a car staying at the villa. Nearest store is about 4 km away. The beach nearest the house is quiet, refreshing and peaceful. Approx 1 km away Mojito beachbar is a truly great experience, with serviceminded and nice staff. The sea is clear and refreshing all the way! We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the house and surrondings :)!

Alles perfekt

Das war der perfekte Kurzurlaub auf Rhodos, das Haus von Olga und Andreas ist wunderschön. Alle Zimmer die Bäder die Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrassen vor und hinter dm Haus laden je nach Wetter immer zum relaxen ein. Auch die Gartenanlagen sind top gepflegt. Andreas überraschte uns bei Empfang mit frischen Getränken und etwas zu Essen. Er gab uns auch den Tip von einer Mojito Bar welche man in ungefähr 1,5 km am Strand gut zu Fuß erreicht (muss man unbedingt hin !!!!) Der Strand ist nach ca.100 m zu vom Haus zu erreichen. Es war Mitte Mai und wir waren ganz allein am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Obst und Gemüse gibt es in Gennadi ca. 4 km mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen Wir werden die Filoxenia Villen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und sagen nochmal herzlichen Dank an Olga und Andreas

A perfect Holiday

The house was as good as the pictures look like. Everything was very clean and luxurary. We liked the different opportunities to sit outside, behiond and in front of the house and on the terrasse on the rooftop. The water in the pool was extraordinary clean and nearly unchlorinated. The owners were so friendly courteous. The welcome package was very generous. We loved our stay so much !!

Great villa

The villa was very clean and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed. The pool area was great. The sun beds were comfortable and the garden was tidy and well tended. Olga and Andreas were so kind. A generous welcome pack was provided and they also left us lovely pastries halfway through our stay! Cleaning products and toilet paper were also provided. Plenty of towels and sheets and the showers were great! We had a few nights on the roof terrace and spent a lot of time looking at the stars. Fabulous stay!

Vacanza in famiglia

Le ville sono stupende, ci sono tutte le comodità che si possano desiderare, pulite grandi e comode. L' unica pecca è la distanza dal lindos o sopratutto Rodi che dista 1 ora e10 minuti di auto. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Peccato per la posizione. I proprietari sono delle persone fantastiche gentili e cordiali, disponibilissimi. Grazie a Olga e la sua famiglia

Excellent !

Absolutely beautiful ! Perfect villa for young friends or family ! The villa is perfectly layed out , it is clear a lot of thought has gone in to building it . There is a fantastic small village near , supermarkets , stunning beaches , cool cocktail bar , easy to drive to airport and any neighbouring sites . The owners are just the nicest . Truly magical and amazing . We could not have wanted for anything else on our holiday stay .
