La propriété est située parmi plusieurs maisons de ville privées dans un charmant quartier situé au large de Sengekontacket Pond à Oak Bluffs. La maison dispose de chambres propres et confortables avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour assurer des vacances détendues. Il y a 2 chambres, 1 1/2 salles de bain, cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, mixeur, étagère à épices, cafetière Keurig, cafetière Braun régulière et cuisine bien équipée. : Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse, WiFi gratuit, câble, télévision HD, et une grande terrasse privée avec barbecue à gaz. Le salon est meublé avec une cheminée à gaz et un ventilateur de plafond, et les deux chambres ont également des ventilateurs de plafond.
* La climatisation a été récemment installée pour plus de confort.


En plus des équipements privés, les clients ont accès aux deux courts de tennis tous temps de l'Association, un étang d'eau douce et un étang d'eau salée pour la navigation de plaisance et la pêche. L'emplacement est idéalement situé le long de la piste cyclable et des itinéraires de bus et est également à proximité du terrain de golf Farm Neck.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

From beginning to end, this was a perfect vacation home for two. The owner checked in, the grounds were nice replete with tennis and pickleball. Very convenient to bike paths. Definitely plan to stay here again.

The Absolutely Best Lodging for my Work/Vaca!

Great stay!

We loved our stay! We are a family of 2 adults and a 12 & 13 year-old. There was enough space, the place was clean, and the deck was great! We didn’t take advantage of the tennis courts but we did love taking long walks in the mostly shaded path on County Rd. Cindy was easily accessible and reached out at the beginning of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning to book again!

Close to the best of Oak Bluffs (OB), beaches and biking

My family had a really wonderful time in this cute, clean and well-equipped condo located a ~10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do and see - Inkwell and the Edgartown beaches, biking to OB and Edgartown, tennis and shopping. The location was particularly great for biking, which is not always the case in MV, and for its proximity to OB, our favorite town on the island. Great bike paths on County Road and elsewhere nearby. Cindy was very responsive and helpful, even brainstorming with us when we had problems with our ferry reservation. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Quiet vacation area, convenient with a car.

The description of property and amenities was accurate. Kitchen area could use some extra cleaning and organizing, but was acceptable. Overall our stay was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed cooking and making use of the patio when we weren't sightseeing. Property is best for those with a vehicle, but Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown are all in biking distance, and there is a bus stop close by. Owner was friendly, helpful, and returned security deposit promptly. I would recommend this rental for those with children or those looking for a quiet vacation, but to get to the rental you need to walk up stairs so it would not be well suited for the elderly or disabled.

We do have a professional cleaning service thoroughly clean the condo before each quest arrives. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, and every thing that might be needed for cooking and dining comfortably.

Good for family

We enjoyed being able to escape what turned out to be the hustle and bustle of circuit avenue during a busy season. We used the lawn chairs on the property for our beach day, that was nice. It took us a minute to figure out the air conditioning but we were cool. Parking is a bit tight, so try to avoid bringing large vehicles. We rented a Ford Expedition…because we needed the space. We quickly learned how to navigate the space. We had a fair amount of spiders to fight off so beware 🙂.

Thank you for your review. The week you were here is always the busiest of the season. Unfortunately, it rained a lot which meant people stayed in town and spent less time at the beach. Our location is near the up island towns yet private and serene. I was surprised to hear about spiders. They have never been a problem before. Perhaps the excessive rain has something to do with it. WE have a professional exterminator come each spring and have never had any issues with insects or pests.

Two weeks with the family!

This is a cozy and comfortable little condo unit halfway between Oak Bluff, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. It's a little dated and has not been updated in style but is pleasantly decorated and comfortable for our family of four (mom, dad and two kids, age 5 and 8). We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, daytime hangouts in the living room and slept well at night. You definitely need a car to get around the island but we were happy with our woodsy location and enjoyed walks around the property too. The owner Cindy was very responsive and nice. The only issue we had was that the unit was not 100% clean and we also experienced so many spiders in the house over the course of our ten days there -- at least 30 or so and they were everywhere, under the beds, in the corners of the walls, on the ceilings and the couch. It was not the end of the world as we captured and got rid of most of them, but it wasn't great either. I told Cindy and she had an exterminator come, so she was responsive but it was not an ideal situation, especially if you're scared of spiders!

As you know Leslie, the minute you told me you saw a few spiders I immediately contacted an exterminator and you did not want him to come. You said you had taken care of things and it was ok. Consequently , I could not have him come until you checked out. Neither the exterminator, my husband or I saw any spiders but we had the condo treated anyway. The condo was professionally cleaned before your arrival. There have been no complaints of spiders since. You requested a refund and I did send a partial refund.

Wonderful Stay

Great Condo perfect size for a family of four! Centrally located to OB in town & Edgartown & VH… our family had a hall! We brought our rackets (the courts looked beautiful) but didn’t have time to play. So much to do! Thank you Cindy for always being in touch when we had questions! Heads up - the parking lot was tricky for me to get in the spot - but my husband could maneuver just fine!

Great location, family friendly & peaceful setting!

This property had a fantastic location to get you anywhere you want to be on the island. The community itself is wonderful for a quiet day, and we used the tennis courts a lot, which was a plus. The deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee & grilling in the evening & plenty of room for naps - very peaceful! I would recommend bringing your own bedding so you don’t have to rush to wash them before your ferry. Hosts were terrific & helpful!

Keeping the Tradition Alive

Cindy was always very responsive and we had a great time on the island. The ponds are very scenic and the property is absolutely beautiful. The first floor of the home was also renovated recently and had a great touch. Just make sure you bring your own towels!

Wonderful place to stay on MVY

We just got back from a two week stay at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's centrally located and you can access OB, VH & Edgartown in just minutes. Cindy was very easy to deal with and answered questions very quickly. We will be back!

Convenient Location

Cindy: Thank you for sharing your home, we had a wonderful vacation. The location was really central and convenient to all three lower Island towns. The town home contains all the basic necessities you need on a vacation. Thank you for getting back to us so promptly concerning the fireplace issue. My only suggestion would be to have some kind of recycling bin as the complex didn't have one. Thanks again.

Ideal vacation spot

We’ve stayed here several times and love it! Spacious, open floor plan with huge deck/grill provides plenty of space to socialize during dinner. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite and new appliances. 2 bedrooms upstairs and pullout couches downstairs provide plenty of sleeping space. Sengekontacket Pond is easily accessible, and there are tennis courts, a clubhouse & a private dock within walking distance. We golf, so the condo location (less than 1 mile from Farm Neck CC) is ideal. It’s also located about midway between Edgartown, Oak Bluffs & Vineyard Haven so getting to all 3 town centers and beaches is pretty quick by car. Bike trails are located at the end of the street as well as bus stop. Highly recommend.

Great Place for a Relaxing Vineyard Vacation!!

I recently stayed at this property for a girl’s weekend with three of my friends and I could not have been more pleased. The condo is absolutely charming with beautiful floors and comfortable and attractive furnishings. The living room is spacious and fully equipped with a big screen TV and DVD player which came in handy during the one rainy afternoon we had during our stay. The open kitchen was recently updated with beautiful cabinets and granite counters and provided all the basic necessities. There was also a beautiful gas fireplace off the kitchen that we did not get a chance to use. The large relaxing deck right off the kitchen was very private and became a favorite spot for afternoon cocktails after a busy day of sightseeing. The two bedrooms upstairs are both equipped with twin beds and plenty of closet space. Having the extra half bathroom downstairs was also perfect for a house full of females!! The owners were a pleasure to work with and everything we needed for a fabulous weekend was provided. I can’t wait to return in the fall for another stay!!

We have loved the island since our first trip way back in 1971. We vacationed here with our family for many years. In 1999 we purchased the town house. We love the quiet, peaceful location and the beauty of the Sengekontacket neighborhood. The proximity to the salt water pond, golf course, bike and walking trails is an added treat.
