The famous Port of Denia is literally your front row view — sailboats, yachts, and fishing vessels drifting in and out against the Mediterranean sky. Feel like going further? Charter your own boat and let the sparkling sea take you wherever the wind goes.



A leisurely 10-minute stroll brings you to Les Marines and Marineta Casiana, two of the coast's most cherished beaches. Head slightly south and Les Rotes rewards you with dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and water so clear it barely looks real.



Hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and a clean modern aesthetic with just enough Spanish soul to remind you where you are. The living and dining area flows onto an oversized balcony with sea and port views — perfect for slow mornings with a Nespresso or golden-hour aperitivos watching the port come alive.



The kitchen is fully equipped with glossy finishes, a tiled backsplash, a breakfast nook, and everything you need to cook like a local.

A Newly Renovated, Light-Filled Space



The apartment is located across the street from the port, where you can rent or charter a sailboat, yacht, or speedboat.



No need for a car! You can walk to everything you need: shops and boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies, and—of course—cafés and restaurants that will make your mouth water. We suggest:

Some of the best nightlife options can be found along Carrer de Loreto and Carrer de la Mar- just two blocks from your apartment.



Getting Around:

For a perfect Denia vacation, you can very well do without a car. But you may choose to rent one or call for a taxi if you’re venturing outside of town.



The apartment is about one hour by car from the two closest airports:

- Alicante/Elche Airport (100 km)

- Valencia/Manises Airport (110 km)



It’s just two blocks from the train station, and within walking distance to the bus station.



You’re right across from Denia’s Port, which has ferry connections to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera and San Antonio.



The closest supermarkets are:

- Consum: 1.5 blocks

- Mercadona: 3 blocks

- Playa de la Marineta Casiana: 10 minute walk

Other Things to Note:

- Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra fee, depending on availability.

- Free street parking is available outside the building, and paid private parking can be found nearby for those who prefer a secure spot.

- Please get in touch with the local contact at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to coordinate a meet-up time for check-in. There are NO CHECK-INS after 10 pm. Please consider this when making your travel arrangements.

- Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



House Rules:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurring during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization, and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments, you'll be charged a security deposit of €300 EUROS which will be refunded after your check-out accordingly (service fees may apply).

- For long-term stays (28 nights and more) Electricity is not included. An extra charge of 100€ per month will be charged

- For long-term stays (28 nights or more), guests will be charged an extra fee of 50€ per week (excluding the last week) for mandatory mid-week cleaning. This will be scheduled with the guests during their stay.

Upon arrival, Mario will be there to welcome you and get you settled in — just reach out by phone or message when you're on your way. You'll receive his number along with your check-in instructions beforehand.

Denia visit

We had a great experience staying in the apartment in central Denia. The check-in and check-out worked well, the the apartment was well presented (as per the photos) and had all the normal utensils and fridge/cooker/washer. The location worked well near to supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Great little apartment

I was travelling on my own and was only staying for a short visit but this apartment was great value for me and close to the Tram station as well as the old town and castle. Gabriella was great to deal with and the apartment had a view of the Marina from the balcony which I didn’t expect. Overall I’m annoyed that I only stayed for 2 nights in Denia as it was a lovely little town.
