Great for a big group!

We had 3 families with 6 kids stay here, and it was perfect! The place has the charm of an old chalet. There are some quirks, such as the toilet, sink, and shower locations, but it all worked for us. We rented lockers by the lifts and walked up the hill. It was an easy walk in snow boots. I wish we had made dinner reservations before we went. Finding a place to eat for dinner was difficult. The grocery store closed at either 6 or 7, depending on the day, and they were closed on Sundays. We didn’t know that and didn’t have food on a Sunday night. We walked up and flagged down a taxi to take us to Kitzbhel. Luckily it was at 17:30, and we were able to get a table at Shang Hi for some Chinese food. All in all, we had a great time and would love to return.

Great house, tough winter access

We were all adults and the accomodations were very good. We especially appreciated the showers in each room and the large gathering room. Except for access the location was very good with a supermarket very near. The access to the home was challenging in the winter with a steep narrow snowy path or a long walk from the bus stop on paved roads. As we had luggage and a 91 year old we ended up using taxis to and from Kitzbuhel. The kitchen was well stocked except for a lack of paper products, no towels or napkins and no salt or peppper. There were no large garbage bags and we could not find outside garbage bins. We sent three inquiries and none were answered. The paperwork said Bucherweg 3 but the house was Bucherweg 4. We waited some time outside Bucheweg 3 before the owner helped us find the right location. These are all minor issues easily remedied. Overall we would recommend the property.

Auch mit kleinen Kindern ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut. Die Ansprechpartnern vor Ort war sehr nett, freundlich und kompetent. Ausflüge in die Region mit den kleinen Kindern war sehr gut. Wildpark in Aurach, die Panoramabahn hohe Tauern. Am Gipfel gibt es einen gut ausgebauten Spielplatz. Würde nochmal dort hinfahren.

Super Unterkunft mit großer Küche, schönen Wohnzimmer und großen Garten mit kleinem Terrassenbereich und großer Grünfläche. Super schöne Gegend zum Wandern im Sommer. Und mit Sicherheit auch zum Ski fahren im Winter. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir konnten am Abreisetag in aller Ruhe Frühstücken und zusammenpacken. Und konnten ohne Aufpreis bis 12:00Uhr (statt 10:00Uhr) im Haus bleiben.
