It has breathtaking views to the sea and the coastline of the Costa Tropical with the picturesque white village of Salobreña built on a rock at the foot of the imposing Moorish castle, which is illuminated at night. The villa has a lift, making the villa extremely suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This south facing designer villa is in a unique location, directly on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The location, the concept, the living volume and the finish of the villa result in a hyper-luxurious villa. The high windows of the living room, which extend over 2 floors, ensure optimum light and direct contact with the impressive outside environment. The luxury kitchen and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have a high level of finish. Each bedroom has its own balcony that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and together with the terraces there is plenty of room for privacy and tranquility. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 more using the sofa bed in the recreation area.

Entering the villa you notice how spacious and bright the villa is. All rooms have windows over the full width, so you can fully enjoy the great views from every room.

The 4 spacious tastefully decorated bedrooms are situated on the top 2 floors and all the bedrooms are suitable for 2 guests. Each bedroom has a well-equipped en suite bathroom and two of them also have a bathtub. In all bedrooms you can experience stunning views, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and all of them have glass sliding doors giving access to a terrace. Waking up in this villa is amazing!
The large open plan living area has a high ceiling, which reaches two floors up, and a glass wall over the entire width of the room, so you can admire the incredible views to the sea and the surroundings everywhere. The modern seating area is equipped with a fireplace for those winter evenings when the sun sets earlier. The living room has a loft with comfortable armchairs, which overlooks the living room with its beautiful hanging lamps to the endless sea. The modern kitchen has a cooking island and all the necessary equipment to prepare a delicious dinner. This island has at its end some bar stools, where you can sit to chat with the cook and overlook the sea view at the same time. On the terrace, next to the pool is a comfortable covered dining area with a large gas BBQ, so you can prepare and enjoy the Spanish cuisine with its regional wines for hours.

Through the sliding doors the living room and kitchen give access to the spacious terrace, where you can sit back in comfortable loungers and enjoy the marvellous views or where you can sunbathe on the sun beds next to the pool. The water of the private heated infinity pool provides refreshment and tranquility and hours of play for children. In the jacuzzi you can enjoy the sunsets and the vast beautiful colored skies.

The recreation area is located on the ground floor. On the flatscreen TV you can receive all of the international channels and you can use the X-box to watch movies. You can use a number of fitness equipment and the table tennis table and football table will provide you with the necessary pleasure. There is a sofabed on this floor, so the villa can accommodate up to ten guests.
The villa has central hot and cold air conditioning, which can be controlled in every room separately. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for you.
The villa has its own closed parking space for 3 cars

Villa 29 is located on the very nice hillside urbanization Costa Aguilera Mar. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10 minute drive away. There is an easy access to Malaga, Granada or Almeria airport. If you can manage yourself away from this marvellous villa, there are lots of things to see and to do: the ski area of the Sierra Nevada where you can also enjoy great walking and hiking is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski during the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or at the pool in the afternoon. There is a golf course 10 minutes away that is located right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby as well as the wonderful cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palaces and Malaga with its historic downtown, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.
Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine a year and average temperature of over 20 degrees C.
