Outdoor Area:
The private swimming pool is 4 meters large by 10 meters long and 1.4 meters deep and has a stunnung view of Positano and the sea. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and external showers and a bar, where you can enjoy excellent cocktail. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Middle Level (Entrance Level):
From the main floor you can enter directly the large living room furnished with elegant and refined furniture and author’s paintings.The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through three French doors. The first terrace is 100 square meters large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs, there you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the main beach of Positano, of the coast and of the sea.On the same level the dining room. The ceiling of the dining room is high and vaulted. Also from the dining room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating.From the corridor you will be able to enter the kitchen. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-make, a toaster and other small appliances.On the same level there is one king-size suite with en-suite bathroomThe ceiling of the first bedroom is high and vaulted. You will be able to reach the laundry room from the toilet in the pool area. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
Security Deposit: Euros 2.500 to be paid at the check-in, to be returned by maximum 7 days.
