Our property is located directly on the spa park. The house (built in 1895) was completely renovated in 2011 and two modern apartments were furnished. This is how old flair is combined with modern comfort.
The apartment apartment has 69 square meters with a bedroom with double bed (200cm x 180m), a living room with sitting area with large sofa bed (200cm x 160cm), kitchen with dining area and bathroom with large corner bath with shower. A washing machine and a tumble dryer complete the facilities.
The duplex apartment has 101 square meters over 2 floors. On the lower floor is the kitchen with dining area and cozy TV area. In the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (200cm x 180m) and a sitting area with a large sofa bed (200cm x 160cm). The bathroom has a spacious shower. A washing machine is also available here.
The kitchens are fully equipped with hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, sink, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. They each have a spacious dining area.
On request, we offer a breakfast according to your ideas and wishes. Depending on the weather, we also serve it in the garden.
The whole house is non-smoking area. A smoking island is available in the garden.
The free parking is right next to the house on the property.
Good shopping, the spa facilities and the spa are located in the immediate vicinity - easily reached on foot. The supermarket is only 300m away and is open until 10pm. Various good restaurants are just meters from the property.
