The position is great, being next door to the very popular Crabshell Inn which is great for coffee in the morning, lunch & dinner and they will deliver food to the Boathouse. Being next door there will be noise from time to time, but they will always be as considerate as possible and we have a great relationship with them.

There is also a paddle board school on the quay, this is very popular and we recommend it to all guests.
