The property is developed on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, with a dining table with large windows to the outside. A complete kitchen with storage. A suite bedroom with air conditioning.

On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.



In the exterior you will be able to enjoy a unique experience next to the swimming pool, table tennis, barbecue and a chill out area to enjoy the landscape.



The villa is located in an area with great privacy and a garden meticulously cared for down to the last detail.

Important notice - Tourist tax Ecotax

In the Balearic Islands, a mandatory tourist tax is applied for those over 16 years old:

•From 1 November to 30 April: €0.55 per person/day

•From 1 May to 31 October: €2.20 per person/day

•From the ninth night onwards, the rate is reduced by half

The Ecotax can be paid in cash, bank transfer or credit card.



Location

The holiday villa is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes by car from the town of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente are 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is enjoying the tranquillity and visiting the different beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and rocky formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for scuba diving.

In the old town of Pollença you will find numerous shops and a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market every Sunday.

The reference points of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th-century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

In the historical environment of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.



The Port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are sheltered from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other tourist centres in Mallorca, the coast is not completely urbanised with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, and some excellent hotels.
