This fully renovated stylish apartment is located just steps from the cliffs and a short walk from Centeanes beach. The famous Seven Hanging Valleys walking trail commences from this point so you can enjoy the amazing views this particular area offers. The beach is popular with an excellent restaurant and water sports activities on offer. Boat trips to the famous Benagil caves are easy to get from the beach.



Just a short walk from the apartment there is a small supermarket, several restaurants and a coffee shop.

The apartment has a compact but fully fitted kitchen open plan with the dining area and lounge. There are patio doors leading to the terrace which offers sun loungers and external dining area with sea views. The bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with twin sinks and walk in shower.

Small families can be accommodated with the use of the sofa bed.

The renovations and furnishing of the apartment make it an ideal choice for couples or small families who want to explore the area or just relax in the local area. With underfloor heating in the lounge area and air conditioning in the bedroom, it is ideal for renting any time of year.



There is parking available right outside but if you dont want to hire a car there is a bus stop nearby or taxis are available. Across the road is an excellent children's play area and an outside gym.

First visit to Algarve

Absolutely loved the location and proximity to Vale Centianes beach. A quick walk to a market and restaurant if needed. Great hiking access. Easy access to other locations in the Algarve . We happened to visit in cold weather and had limited heat in the unit. Quiet residential spot that we lived.

Very nice appartement a lot of extras included (washing machine, games etc.) so that a longer stay is made comfortable. The nearest Beach is in walking distance, and even though there are a lot of people parking their cars near the appartement, we always found some space moreless easily. Katharine was incredibely helpful when we had questions!!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious and exactly as described in the listing photos. The bathroom was roomy with decent water pressure, and the kitchen is small but well equipped, with a working dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The location is excellent, on a quiet residential street with free street parking nearby, and it’s an easy walk to Praia do Vale de Centeanes, which is right by one end of the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail. We also appreciated having a dehumidifier, which helped keep the humidity down. One thing to note is that the apartment is managed by a company and requires a separate check-in step before arrival, but it was straightforward and getting the key was smooth. If we were to nitpick, our only minor issues were that there wasn’t a frying pan, and one of the wall lights near the door wasn’t working, which made the main space a bit darker than we’d prefer. These issues can be easily rectified for future guests.Overall we’d happily stay again.

Very nice clean apartment for 2 people. Quiet environment. Easy check in. 10 min walk to the most beautiful beach. A car is quite useful for accessibility. A lot of good restaurants in the village. We would choose this apartment again and recommend it.

Beautiful apartment

My wife and I had a wonderful few days at this apartment. The location was great for us as we wanted to be close to the beach and we enjoyed the scenery on the cliff walks which we did by foot from the property. The apartment was beautifully presented and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check in and communication with the host was superb, we cannot recommend highly enough and we will be booking again!

Definitely needed to do a shop for toilet roll and shower bits too. The place had a first aid box and fire hydrant in the living space which is slightly off putting to look at and not very homey looking but I get it's better to be safe and have these things in place! The apartment is basically alright, although the parking places are in demand and fought hard by visitors. The problem is the rental agency who sent nearly 20 automated emails but still provided the wrong key collection address several kilometres away from the correct location. The agency lacks any communication ability, and when they finally come back to you, they insist that the correct address was in some separate internet page when you are flooded with the emails and log-in pages of wrong data. Stay away if you want a stress-free travel!

Wspaniale mieszkanie - przytulnie, czysto, blisko wejścia na ścieżkę trekkingową wzdłuż oceanu. 20 minut spokojnym spacerkiem do ścisłego centrum miasteczka, gdzie znajduje się mnóstwo restauracji i barów. Dodatkowym atutem jest taras i duże okna zapewniające dostęp świeżego powietrza. Świetnie spędzony czas, chętnie wrócimy całą rodziną!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances en Algarve. L'appartement Casa Kizi est spacieux, lumineux et bien situé dans une résidence calme et à 5mn de la praia de Centianes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également le balcon duquel nous profitions du coucher de soleil sur la mer et les hauteurs. Nous disposions de tout l'équipement nécessaire comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Updated apartment near beach cliffs

We enjoyed staying in this quiet apartment. The decor was modern and eye catching. I loved everything except the couch where the cushions tended to tip over a bit at the wrong angle. The shower had nice pressure and was long enough that it did NOT spill water out to the rest of the bathroom like many other Portuguese showers. The air-conditioning in the bedroom kept that space nice and cool. The breeze was great for the living room, however, we were limited there because no screens meant the bugs could come in with the breeze. The addition of screens would make this apartment absolutely perfect. It is in a nice location with the beach cliffs at the top of the hill. We went there every night to watch the sunset. There was also a little mini Mart and 2 restaurants around the other corner perfect for grabbing something at the last
