It has a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and an outdoor terrace with views of the valley (garden furniture, umbrella and barbecue).
The studio is equipped with new bedding of hotel quality.
Located in the Dordogne, in the heart of the Golden Triangle of the Black Perigord, the property is distinguished by its location. In the centre of all tourist and cultural activities, halfway between Lascaux and Sarlat (12 km). The town of Saint-Geniès is 2.5 km away and offers all nearby shops (bakery, grocery, butcher, bar and restaurants).

The property is an old Perigord farm built in traditional stones of the country and spanning 5.5 hectares of meadow and wood. A green and quiet setting very close to the many tourist sites of the region.

6 cottages have been renovated in the old outbuildings of the farm. Fully equipped, comfortable and spacious, all have a private outdoor area.

You will also have many common areas:
- A large pool of 12*6 and its paddling pool
- A large landscaped garden with a soccer cage, giant trampoline, swings, petanque court
- A barn set up as a recreational space for children and adults (table tennis, reading area, small school and shared Wi-Fi area.
- A pen for our animals Berta and Domino (our goats) and hens (for fresh eggs).
- A convenience store in the old bread oven

“Breakfast” baskets (to be taken in Gîtes), and “Dinner” baskets are available on request. In high season, meals (reception and end of stay dinners) are organized around a large barbecue.
Les Gîtes La Source is above all an atmosphere of conviviality and sharing.

No extra fees ! The rental of the cottages includes the sheets and towels, the cleaning at the end of the stay, the taxes of stay, the electricity and the heating.
