この宿泊施設には、4名から6名まで収容できます。すべての客室は改装済みです。
グラウンドフロアには、ガーデン家具とバーベキューを完備した小さな中庭に直接アクセスできる広々としたキッチン、家具付きのリビングルーム、川が見渡せるリビングルーム（コンバーチブル、フラットスクリーン、Wi-Fi接続など）が備わります。

Die Wohnung von Joel war ein Glücksgriff, so wunderschön und zentral im Ort gelegen, mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf die Dordogne. Morgens und Abends genießt man den Blick auf den wunderschönen Ort La Roque Gageac. Die großzügigen Räume waren sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alle war genau so, wie auf den Fotos. Joel ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wur kommen gerne wieder in diese wunderschöne und perfekte Wohnung.

Great location. Very nice apartment with a lovely living room and view of the Dordogne. Would have given it a 5 rating except for the single beds which could use better bedding (just a sheet and blanket).

Die Lage des Hauses überzeugt mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht auf den Fluss und die malerische Landschaft. Die Kombination aus touristischem Treiben und der besonderen Atmosphäre vor Ort (auf dem Balkon schwebt man über den Dingen) begeistert sofort. Zauberhaftes Perigord

Wir haben die Zeit im sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus des Gabarriere und vor allem das zauberhafte Perigord in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Joel Roche war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und wunderbar.

Character house with stunning views, perfect location and free parking.

Such a unique and characterful property, we really felt that we were 'at home' from the minute we arrived. Despite the exceptional heat at the time the house was always cool, and the AC was particularly welcome at night. Communication with Joel was brilliant, and the car park pass made life very easy.La Roque Gageac is a beautiful place, we have visited before but not stayed there, this time we were able to live like a local, explore the village, canoe on the river, and visit the local chateaux, villages, gardens and markets. 20 minutes walk along the river there is a lovely beach, with shady trees and crystal clear water, perfect for swimming and watching the canoes and gabarres pass by. There are some lovely restaurants in the Bourg; we were spoiled for choice. The Friday market is charming. We had croissants every morning from the boulangerie 3 doors away and ate them on the balcony watching the morning flight of hot air balloons. In the evenings we sat on the balcony watching the evening flights of hot air balloons!We also went to watch the boules matches played on Wednesday evening.Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There are many day visitors to La Roque which gives it a great buzz but there is a special time once the visitors have left that it becomes very peaceful and relaxing. We feel very privileged to have spent two weeks here. Thank you Joel.

Perfekte Wohnung im Epizentrum des Tales der Dordogne. Spezieller Balkon um das Touristentreiben perfekt zu beobachten und die Heissluftballone vorbei fahren zu sehen.

Amazing views of the Dordogne

The property has lots of character with everything you need for great stay. The location is perfect and felt peaceful with the river flowing past your window. The village could get busy during the day, but had a nice buzz about it and in the evening it was quiet and peaceful once all the day trippers had left. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the world go by. It’s a very convenient location for visiting the sights of the Dordogne region

Völlig unkomplizierter Umgang bei An-/Abreise sowie während des Aufenthalts. Das Objekt war/ist vollständig auf unsere Bedürfnisse aus- und eingerichtet. Superb location

We stayed for a week with Joel, he met us at check in and walked us around the property. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the property suited us perfectly. The free parking card was very well received. We would thoroughly recommend staying here as a base for your stay in the Dordogne.

Heerlijk verblijf aan de Dordogne

Het huisje was precies zoals afgebeeld in de advertentie. Een prachtig plekje in een mooi dorp met uitzicht op de Dordogne. We konden lekker op het balkon zitten en het va et vien in het dorp zien, of voor meer rust in de patio achter het huis rustig een boek lezen. De verhuurder was er vriendelijk en was te bereiken voor vragen. Een echte aanrader.

Agréable séjour à la Roque-Gageac

Très beau village, bien placé pour des excursions. Logement confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite cour intérieure : un vrai plus car la rue est très passante la journée. Boulangerie à 30 mètres et très bonne pizzeria à proximité. Hôte très facilement joignable, communication facile.

Characterful property in a lovely location

Very comfortable stay in a charming property. Joel was very helpful, giving us a comprehensive tour on our arrival. The village is busy but in a beautiful location. The free car park pass makes parking easy. We enjoyed our week in Roque-Gageac very much.

A lovely spot in the Dordogne

La Roque-Gageac is a great base from which to explore the area, with many sites and beautiful villages within an easy drive. The House of Gabarrier, was perfectly situated in the heart of village with lovely views of the river. We were surrounded by shops and restaurants, but still had privacy and at night it was quiet & peaceful. The house provided all that was listed, but any condiments for cooking, and laundry products, you need to bring with you. The little private courtyard has not been maintained, so it was different to the photo we had seen. All in all, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay at this property, in this beautiful village.
