Very charming villa 300 meters from the sea.
The house has two bedrooms, one double and the other quadruple, two bathrooms, dining room with fireplace, kitchen and spacious
terraces It is framed in a pine forest of 1700 meters fully fenced and has hammocks, tables and outdoor sofas.
The environment is magnificent to enjoy beaches, tranquility, excursions, etc.
 The accommodation is ideal for couples as well as for families and friends. Ideal both if you like the beach and relax and nature.

Wunderschönes Chalet, in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschöner Sandstrand, für Kleinkinder geeignet, fußläufig erreichbar. Der tolle, große Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und versteckter Außendusche hat uns am besten gefallen. Immer wieder gern! Mietwagen ein Muss, Supermarkt nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Nächstes Mal an Moskito-Spray denken.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit schönem Garten

Nette Vermieterinnen, sehr zuvorkommend und bei Problemen sofort ansprechbar. Tolles, gemütliches Haus und weitläufiger Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Schöner Strand fussläufig zu erreichen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage in strandnähr

Es handelt sich um ein älteres, aber gut ausgestattetes Haus. Insbesondere die große Küche und die Terrasse laden zum verweilen ein. Auch ein kleiner, aber bewachter Strand ist in der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Einzig ein Supermarkt ist nicht im Ort, d.h. Auch für kleinere Einkäufe muss man anch Alcudia oder einen anderen nahen Ort fahren. Ein Mietwagen ist also essentiell. Mit diesem ist man aber dank der Nähe zur Autobahn auch innerhalb von 45 Minuten in Palma. Aus meiner Sicht ist jedoch ein Besuch mit mehr als 4 Personen weniger empfehlenswert, da das zweite Bad sowie das dritte Schlafzimmer in einem anbau sind, zu dem man einerseits kurz aus dem Haus muss und der von der Ausstattung lange nicht an das eigentliche Haus herankommt, eher entsteht der Eindruck einer Abstellkammer. Nichtesdestotrotz war alles sauber und das Haupthaus ist absolut empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub.

Ruhiger Familienurlaub im April

Das Unterkunft ist in einer super Lage für alle die einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen wollen. Das Haus ist nicht das Neuste aber mit allem ausgestattet und hat einen super schönen Garten. Ganz wichtig für Urlaub im Frühjahr ist auch der Kamin. Für uns perfekt, wir kommen wieder.

Schönes Haus mit schönen Garten in Standnähe

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub im Haus von Fernando und Maria gemacht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Insbesondere der große grüne Garten hat unsere Kinder super gut gefallen. Dort gab es viel zu entdecken und Hängematten luden zum entspannen ein. So einen schönen Garten ist für die Gegend keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Zu Fuß erreicht man die schönen Strände Sant Joan und Sant Pere in gemütlichen 10-15 min.
