NoMad Latina V apartment in Madrid

Located in the charming La Latina neighbourhood, famous for its lively social life, a wide variety of culture and numerous points of interest. There are many excellent restaurants offering traditional Spanish food, some of which date back over a hundred years. Points of interest such as Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and a long list of museums, cinemas and theatres are just a short walk away.

This comfortable and modern apartment is located in a fully renovated 1950s building and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a large shower within the bedroom itself. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.

The bathrooms have large built-in showers and towel warmers. There is air conditioning everywhere and independent heating to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
