From the apartment, you can walk to all the museums in the city, to Atocha station in 5 minutes, and also very close to Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor.



The Apartment:



This spacious and bright 75-square-metre apartment has a magazine-style design and has been prepared so that staying in it is a true luxury in quality and comfort.



It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people.



One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed available.



It is a luxury to find a home so well-equipped and with such careful design as this one, where materials have been selected with great detail and taste. We especially highlight the choice of hexagonal hydraulic floors in grey tones combined with spectacular wooden floors and exposed brick on the back wall with its wooden beams that highlight the age of the home. In contrast, modern bets such as the kitchen, fully equipped, the bathrooms in white tones with unique tiling, or the geometric murals in Nordic style in the bedrooms.



The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms with built-in heat.



Televisions in each room and smart TV in the living room in addition to all kinds of details in the equipment that will make the stay unforgettable.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
